Frank's Pizza of Bartonsville

Usually always happy with the food I get at Frank's! Today I ordered pierogies and a cheesesteak! There was very little sauce on the sandwich and it almost tasted fishy! Kinda disappointing!

Franks for the win!!!! Kelly was a delight. The chicken franchise was so good they should make the sauce a soup. Absolutely delicious.

Okay, everyone. It's been a while since I've gave yall a review, and here is my take on Franks Pizza in Bartonsville, not impressed. I'm very disappointed. Food was eh at best, such as the sauce. It tasted like it came out of a can. The garlic bread was, well bread the galic came from a jar. The veal was burnt and covered over with mozzarella! My fiancé had the chicken franches with no breading, but the sauce. No pasta, no salad, because she's carb free and they charged us outrageous amount for just chicken. What I mean by that is they charged us for a full meal that she didn't even have. And then they wouldn't even take off the bill. And said that they couldn't reimburse us and the owner or manager, whoever was on duty that day didn't even bother to come out and say anything themselves, they sent their waitress out. Overall, the experience I give it a 2. If you want to waste your money, be more than happy to go there. But I will not return!

Best pizza in town.! Lots of options.. today came in for a salad. Choose the Cobb salad the best, no extra things in it that usually get put aside on the plate.

If you love Italian and live in the area there is no better place. The food, the service, the atmosphere is excellent. May I suggest bringing your favorite bottle of wine and arrive before 4 for the lunch specials, delicious!

Ordered a simple medium pepperoni pie, which came out to $22, which is insane. That's a price you would expect from a large. The place was dingy, no lights were turned on in the back rooms.
The guy told me 15 minutes. Pizza was done fairly quick when I got home. I knew why it was a sloppy mess and undercooked. The crust, if you could even call it, that was the consistency of Panera Bread bread. The cheese was just glooped on in Certain spots not evenly all over the Pizza and there was like 3 ladle fulls of tomato sauce on it just drenched in tomato sauce. Probably some of the worst Pizza I've had out here in Pennsylvania. I'll never go back.

I’ve ordered pizza from here for the first time and man to be 100% honest the pizza was delicious! I don’t even order from dominos or any other pizza restaurant because Franks pizza is that good! What ever they are doing continue because every time I want pizza because it’s my favorite food I order from here from now on. I’ve had franks pizza about 10x now and I know they can be on the expensive side but damn it well worth it you will not regret ordering from here that’s a 100% guarantee

I am starting this review by stating that I believe I've eaten at every pizza place in NEPA, and OMG I had their Meat Lover's slice and it was AWESOME!! The crust was amazing, really nice quality cheese and had so much meat it was like eating an open calzone! My wife thoroughly enjoyed her regular slice as well as tasty zeppoles. Looking forward to returning very soon!

Hands down the best Pizza and service I’ve had in a pizza joint. This is authentic real deal Italian pizza that is indescribable. All I can say is put it on your bucket list!

Used to be our favorite place. Unfortunately, after tonight we will not be going there again. They were busy with a lot of big tables so of course we knew it would be awhile. No big deal the food is worth it. What is not worth it is the customer service ! We order our drinks and food . Our drinks came out and so did our salads. We could not eat our salad because we still did not get silverware. Not to mention no one even came to our table to check on us. We asked another waitress for silverware she said they are working on it. Then I see her bring the table of 6 that came in after us get silverware( by the way there was only 3 of us). Then 40 minutes later they bring us our food I asked for the silverware. The waitress says “ well I said we working on it. We can’t control the dishwasher”. I guess we were suppose to eat with our hands. The customer service there was horrible. I guess they assumed because we were all different races that we were not going to tip. The other tables would so they came first. Btw, it could have all been handled differently if they just apologized explained the situation and asked if we would like plastic instead or if we wanted to wait. We wait and hour and a half and left with out eating. The least they could have done was not charge us for our drinks for the inconvenience but instead they had an attitude and charged us the $5. 00. Sad because that was my favorite place but I can’t support bad Customer service !!

This is your truly Italian Pizza restaurant. The music and atmosphere is really spectacular. The food was delicious.

I love their pizza so much!!! chicken quesadilla, chicken chipotle and chicken BLT are my favorites
