I ordered through Doordash and didn't receive what I ordered. I'm now sitting here trying to find a way to find something for me and my kid to eat because I can't contact the restaurant and I'm just getting general automated replies from Doordash not helping to resolve my problem.

They got my order wrong and gave me these awful small dry boneless wings and very salted fries. I couldn’t even eat it :(

We decided to try Chili’s again after a long hiatus because of past experiences. The staff is friendly but the restaurant itself is in need of a good cleaning. The floors were slippery and sticky at the same time? I even heard a diner behind us say that they slid across the floor like a skating rink. The windows and sills were dirty, the walls had caked on crud that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The food was average for a restaurant chain. Nothing special. The sliders were overcooked and the mozzarella squares were very salty.

We stopped on oir way back from Pittsburgh, so 5 hours into our drive, just needed a break and some lunch. The food and the service for our table was fine. The food was as good as any other Chili's, the prices were fine, but to be honest I cant believe the prices at Chili's and other comparable restaurants, not this locations fault, but Chili's isnt so great that 2 meals and non alcoholic drinks is $60. The issue was we seemed to be the only patrons in my aisle to get the right food. Literally a woman and her 2 small children ordered a burger without onions, she got a burger with onions. Waitress apologized, manager apologized, they were going to give her a new burger and one to go. Next someone brings her 2 Desserts, she didnt order dessert, they thought she ordered 2 of those and not 2 burgers. They were seated before we arrived, we ate, ordered, paid and left and she just got the 2 burgers, all with a young child and a baby. Additionally, there were 2 other instances where food was brought to another table and sent back cause it was wrong. Like Im glad ours was correct, but seemed more like luck than anything else. Training from Management is Needed.

I'll sell my soul to your restaurant if you give me the recipe for the fry sauce. I swear to God since the first time I tasted it it has left an enormous hole in my heart that nothing can fill. And if you don't wanna give me the recipe, well... we'll see about that, Krabs.

The only reason this gets two stars is because the employees who helped me place the order at Chili's after driving around aimlessly looking for your location were super great! However the food itself was not even worth it I should have just gone home after the first 15 minutes of circling the parking lot seeing how there's no distinct description of the fact that you're located inside of Chili's either way, I placed the order waited for about 10 or 15 minutes which isn't bad however when I finally ate the food in my car immediately after it was delivered to me it tasted it as if it was 3 days old and was just sitting on the counter forever, the french fries were atrocious the wings were super dry unfortunately will not be returning.

Please help me understand what I saw this Saturday night...setting at the bar I saw numerous servers and bartender using their ungloved hands to pick up fruit to garnish our adult beverages. This can't be allowed!
