First of all, the portion was HUGE!!
As a pho lover, I will say that they made the most delicious pho’s broth. The staff were so nice and friendly. The lady, I think she’s the owner of the place offered me for their chili oil and I was hooked! My family and I love spicy, and that chili oil was perfect for our pho.
Their cha gio was also delicious, my daughter even asked for another order. Normally she doesn’t eat cha gio. Don’t forget to have their iced coffee too! So grateful to come-by this place before continuing our trip back to NY.

Best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever been to. Amazing service, out of this world food, and best coffee I’ve ever had in my life

May 2025 - Open again and better than ever! The pho broth is a warm hug for the soul and the spring rolls/egg rolls are the bomb! So happy that this location is open again

Awesome food, Staff is very friendly and welcoming, and a fair price can't ask for more.

Everything was great! If you will eat here, dont forget to order their appetizer: their fried veggies roll (#1). Thai Tea was ok, but their coffee was soooo delicious. The sweetness from the milk is perfect, not over sweet at all. And the coffee was so rich too (#50) must try! :)I had the special noodles, everything is just perfect in my bowl:)

i do love this place. my friends and i come here quite often and every time it’s a great experience until today. i found a small, what seem to be beard hair, in my food. such a disappointment but i know mistakes happen. didn’t get my meal comped but i did get a pho to go. a shame though really that i still had to pay for a soup that had a hair in it. ruined my appetite. the young lady server didn’t really know what to do and kinda brushed it off. (not great customer service)

I know showing a partially eaten plate of food may not be what you expected, but bear with me. I love that I would never stop at a place like this of Google Maps didn’t show it. It’s a sweet, family place, and the FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE! Service was amazingly prompt…barely finished a page in my book, and the cook slipped my plate right in front of me! Textures, temperatures, flavors, freshness: all spot-on. Definitely stopping here on my next trip to the Poconos!

We've been coming by here once a while for years now, the food has only gotten better. The Pho has a good soup base and the portions are decent. Take out is also very good on portions. The restaurant itself is usually clean and the staff is quick, food also arrives in good time. It's not horribly crowded but there are always people, seats are not crammed together however the restaurant itself is really stuffy sometimes. I wish they had more of a traditional Vietnamese spring roll, and they gave only enough lettuce to wrap 2 of the pieces. The flavors were great though.

Parking: Parking lot is small and can be overcrowded.... Spots are very uneven so some are wider or narrower than others.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps in many areas but there are also stairs in different places so wheelchairs may need to go around before getting up.

Really authentic...a little piece of Hanoi (I know. I've been there!) in rural Pennsylvania! Who knew? I've eaten in many Vietnamese restaurants in New York, LA, Philly, etc. but this was one of the closest to what we experienced traveling around Hanoi. Truly delicious and authentic. Not to mention great, fast service and reasonable prices. next time we're in Pa. for a break from the city we'll be back!

Pho Saigon's food is always fresh and very tasteful. The family friendly atmosphere is a nice change as you can tell by the many families large and small enjoying their lunch or dinner together. The staff is quick to respond and friendly. Their menu is diverse from crispy spring rolls and fresh summer rolls to Pho or vermicelli dishes.. all without expensive prices as you usually find in less quality place in the Poconos. Don't pass up the variety of beverages.

Stopped by for lunch traveling I 80 and my group ordered Pho. They have 20 varieties on their extensive menu. My first sip was wonderful and continued to offer complex and balanced flavors. The fried egg rolls were some of the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommend this wonderful and very clean restaurant!
