The drinks are always served at the right temperature.
Bottomless fries should not take 20 minutes. Service is very slow, burgers are overcooked. Second fries came out cold, very disappointed.

When I first walked in, i noticed a heavy smell of cooking grease but the restaurant still felt clean. You become nose deaf after a while. I found this to be a great burger place first time coming. The family loved their meals and I just got a second fill of unlimited fries which was more than enough. Our server was also excellent.

My grandkids saw Red Robin walking around and loved it and food and desserts were wonderful. Our waitress was friendly. And we had a great time.

My mother and I went out to grab some lunch today, and we ended up leaving mid session without paying for the first time in our lives after today’s service, or lack thereof.
We had to find our own napkins. When we asked for silverware, only one of us was given a singular fork. No knives. And nothing for myself. We waited nearly 20 minutes after placing our drink orders, and never received them even after checking in with the bartender ourselves… the server claimed she was backed up… there were three individuals at the bar total.
I received my entire meal 15 mins ahead of my mother’s food which never should have happened. Hers never even came out of the kitchen either. Waitress disappeared on multiple occasions and finally tried to play the “victim” card when we finally had enough.
