The drink is delicious but they aren’t sanitary. They don’t have hairnets and they did not where gloves or wash their hands after touching my money and my drink cup. The person that made my coffee had a big afro and shorted me a dollar in my change. That I had to go back to retrieve.

Couldn't have witnessed a more mismanaged operation. Having one person make drinks while over 10 people are waiting while the manager yaks with friends makes for a ridiculous wait time. Even worse is serving friends before other customers. This location is an absolute joke. First and last time going here.
