There are no words to say what a wonderful time that was had by all for our best friend Nancy’s Surprise 70th birthday party!!! Jackie, Christie and Ronnie went above and beyond and then some to make it a very special night!!! Well done ladies!!! Food was delicious and no one went away hungry!!! Thank you again!!! We were a group of 8 all ordering a diverse menu options. The food all came out together and everything and everyone enjoyed there meal so much. What a treat and the atmosphere was very cozy and with the old farmhouse feeling. The smoked meat dishes were delicious without being overly smokey at all. If you want to avoid the crowds get there right when they open or a few minutes before otherwise you may have a wait for a table. We are definitely going back again soon.

This location is about 30 minutes from my home. Whet there to attend an event and I am glad that I attended the event and was able to experience this restaurant. This restaurant was established in 1859 and it has the historic feel . The food was excellent so as the service. We will go back again.

Best bbq place in the valley I've found. The pulled chicken and brisket are great and their homemade bbq sauce is awesome. Def plan ahead and make a reservation a few days in advance if you want to try and get in around dinner time Fri or Sat.
