Was there on a Monday evening, it was not very busy, the bartender, Amanda, was not friendly or welcoming at all, she had quite the attitude, the bar was not full and I still had to wait for a drink and wait forever for takeout food. I really loved going to RW because the food is good and usually the atmosphere is also but the bartender ruined the whole vibe for us. Had such an uncomfortable experience because the bartender, Amanda, had such an attitude. She made the time there not enjoyable. She was not friendly and as a bartender, you need to have a great personality. It is a shame that the service can make or break a restaurant. It was my first time at this place. When we left I said I would never go back because I didn't like how she made me feel. The sad thing is, the food was good! However, I can get good food elsewhere at a place...
