This leaf-shaped bread is a specialty of southern france . Made with focaccia dough, brushed with extra-virgin olive oil, sprinkled with fresh rosemary and parmesan cheese.
Olive Fougasse
This focaccia is studded with chopped greek kalamata olives, sprinkled with organic thyme and shreds of fresh parmesan, and then brushed with extra-virgin olive oil.
Garlic Fougasse
A specialty of southern france, this focaccia is for garlic lovers. It's bold enough to stand alone or it can complement any meal as an appetizer.
French Baguette
Made with a poolish to increase flavor complexity, this baguette is golden and crusty on the outside, airy, and soft on the inside.
Baguette Ancienne
The slow retardation gives it a chewier texture and a crispier crust than our traditional baguette.

Sourdough Baguette
We make this loaf using our sourdough starter in place of a traditional baguette poolish, and give it a 36-hour fermentation. Once baked, its crumb is dense, chewy and flavorful. We especially recommend it for serving with charcuterie plates and hard cheeses.
Beach Lake Baguette
This diminutive version of our standard baguette is coated in toasted black , white sesame seeds, and baked until golden brown. Each beach lake baguette will make two sandwiches.

Bread with Saints
Pane coi santi--or bread with saints--is a dark, hearty loaf from italy. Made with white, wheat, and rye flour, it is chock-full of plump raisins and toasted walnuts--the Saints. We often eat it plain, but try it toasted with butter or cream cheese for breakfast or cut a few slices for lunch. A few of our favorite spreads are peanut butter and goat cheese.

Lisa's Sourdough

We worked with Beach Lake Bakery to order pies for our wedding this summer and WOW did they knock it out of the park. Everyone at the wedding loved them and I'm just sad I didn't get to have more than one slice that night. Highly recommend!
