The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is friendly, but I ordered one of those special margaritas (I believe it's called the perfect margarita) and there was no alcohol in it. This is NOT first time they've slacked on the alcohol, but the other times it was Happy Hour. I'm 64, I know when there's alcohol, and I hadn't eaten since breakfast, and yes, I wanted a buzz before I ate my meal. I also asked for Mango flavoring and they didn't put any in. When the waitress asked me if I wanted another drink, I said no because there wasn't any alcohol in it anyway. She offered to get me another drink, but we were already eating, so what's the point. My daughter got the four cheese mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders and they forgot the breadstick (she didn't realize it until today), and she really likes their breadsticks. Also, they sat a man right beside us. There was no one else on the side of the restaurant we were on (the weather was bad, there was only seven other people in the restaurant, three were at the bar and the others were on the other side). Why would they sit him RIGHT BESIDE US? He tried to join in our conversation. I mean, come on, we're not sitting at the bar. My bill was $77 and change and I left a $15 tip in cash. And that's the last time I'm going to Applebee's in Chippewa.

I was TRYING to order online after DoorDash said they’re closed- it was early? I placed my order online and it was cancelled. By the third time I gave up assuming it’s being canceled for the night and only one of their charges was refunded so I called and spoke to the manager who claimed he couldn’t locate the charge. Here- let me help you do your job.
He was rude and incompetent like most people in these parts- the food the next day was disgusting. There’s no quality anymore. And the service is a joke.
When I picked up food the following day, earlier in the day- I paid using cash, assuming they’d get this fixed.
The manager was incompetent so here’s your proof, Applebees. Please refund my $ and verify the canceled orders.

Applebee's happy hour is where it's at, food is delicious, drinks are smooth, only real complaint- WHY CAN WE NOT CONTROL THE MUSIC?! This nonsense on the speakers is horrible every time we come here. Add a Jukebox! Please!

Came here on November 15 for the first time and order the blacken salmon with mash and broccoli, please tell me why I went to chew my salmon and felt somthing hard in my mouth spit it out and it was a damn screw in my food.

Traci was a fantastic server. We never had empty drinks and she checked back just often enough that we didn't feel like she was interrupting our meal but enough that we felt very well taken care of.
The manager, Chris (Breezy), did have to correct our check due to some overlapping specials that got all of us confused. Long story short, they have all their burgers on special on Tuesday (the day we were there) and just a couple for a meal deal special. I ordered the meal special but my husband and MIL ordered one of the burgers from the Tuesday special, and the computer entered it all wrong. It took a hot minute to figure out and Chris was so awesome about it. He said he was glad I pointed it out to him so they knew they were going to have to fix that issue for the rest of the day. He took off a little more than we would have saved with the specials, and was just super nice about everything.
We definitely will be stopping in again !
