Wondering why this location is the ONLY Bk that “doesn’t serve the cheesy tots for breakfast “. By choice ! Those are clearly a breakfast item ? Pop them in the fryer JUST like the regular tots ? Drove here specifically to get them for my grandson .

Could only use Drive through due to staffing shortages. It definitely took a while. Food was hot and fresh.
It's hard to find a good fast food take out fish sandwich. This seems to be the best. The key to getting it super fresh is to arrive when they're switching over from breakfast!

I asked for a breakfast melt without eggs. 1st round everything was right but the eggs. 2nd round came out cold so I gave up and continue my ride back home to VA.

Food is okay but aroma in area isn't the best. This is an old store which has been updated. Think store needs exhaust fans cleaned better so doesn't smell greasy. Food is good.
1:55 PM and I was already having a bad day. The young girl taking the money with brown hair and a pony tail, I don’t know her name at the drive through really put me in a good mood. She was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile and must have noticed I was having a bad day because she asked if there was anything I needed in a professional and caring way as she handed me my food.I told her I was having a really bad day and she asked me if I liked cookies and I said yes? She handed me a cookie and said it was on her. This caring moment showed compassion that no other fast food company has ever showed me in 52 years. Although it was just a cookie it was the thought that she cared enough to do this for me. This made my whole day and this happened to be the first time I ever visited this Burger King because I am a die hard McDonald’s fan but this has changed things. Thank you to the girl that made my day. It’s the little things that make a big impact. The restaurant was raging busy and the food was very good, fresh and hot.

Very unhappy, terrible customer service. I asked a question about the food and I was met with hostility. So I left and drove to McDonald's and spent my money there instead, I'll never eat a Burger King again.

Breakfast manager and crew were excellent! Food hot and fast! No one leaning on counters here, very efficient! Great experience at a fast food joint! Not usually the case anymore in todays world!
