It's a bit difficult to order, since you call and it goes to text and sometimes there's no response, but otherwise the food is so so good. The kimbap / gimbap is my #1 favorite menu item , i usually get up to three - four rolls and soak them in the kimbap sauce. The taegigogi and bulgogi are also my favorites and the lady that works there is SO sweet and works very fast, definitely recommend eating here !

This place is the best Korean food in Pennsylvania. I recommend the bulgogi which is BBQ beef with white rice and red spicy paste. Next try Bibimbap. Mrs Chong cooks everything by hand. So a one person operation. If you show up with 5 people and they already are busy with two other tables you have to wait. But it's worth the wait. I always call and ask if they are busy. If not I tell Chong my order and that I want to eat there and have my food ready at 2pm for example or just get it to go. If you get to go is the best option because no wait. I eat here about once a week. Yep, it's that good!

When we walked in the door, the place was pretty quiet and nearly empty. We were greeted by the sweetest old Korean lady who is the only one working there. She is the owner, hostess, waitress, and chef. She is pretty much the Korean grandmother you wish you had, and her voice simply melted my heart. She warned us right away that it might take a while, but we weren't in a rush, so we said we were okay with it. She became super comforting and welcoming. We ordered, and she recommended we get the Korean vegetable pancake, which quickly became one of my favorite parts of our meal. Although she told us it might be a while, our food came out super fast, so ignore the people who say it took forever. Even if it did take a while, the food is well worth the wait. The sides came out first along with a spicy dipping sauce and our pancake (which is huge by the way- I recommend you cut it like a pizza and put some of the dipping sauce on it). Kimchi, kimchi-style radishes, and bean sprouts came with what we ordered. We ordered the cold cucumber noodle dish and bulgogi, which came with rice and seasoned spinach. The bulgogi was cooked and seasoned perfectly and tasted amazing, and the spinach was good and garlicky. The noodles were good, but not the best item in our meal. Next time I would love to try their bibimbap, as it looked delicious from the pictures online. Mrs. Chong offered us more kimchi as I obviously loved it, and it was amazing. There was so much delicious food that we were so full we could barely eat any more. Because we ate so close to closing time, she gave us little samples of the leftover roll she had just made for a takeout customer. I am pretty sure she would have kept bringing us more food had we not told her we were full. For such amazing food and so much of it, I was expecting the bill to be huge, but it was only $28 for all of that food plus two sodas. We gave her $40 because of our great time there. Overall this was an amazing experience, and I would totally come here again.

Please change your Hours on your facebook page and website. They close in the afternoon then reopen later. Drove over an hour to get there and missed the window. YOU MUST CALL AHEAD SO THEY KNOW YOU WILL BE THERE. You need a reservation

I always have great food from here. Never disappointed. The owner makes all the food and does an amazing job doing it. I love the marinated spinach that comes with most of the meals. My wife and I love getting the Vegetable Fried Rice.

Ive tried so many times to order from this place because of how good I heard it is. No matter what she won't serve me , every single time she never answers the phone then she'll text you stating should have called earlier knowing I'm hours before your closing time. It litterly horrible customer service that your choosing and picking who you want to serve to , it shows there no costumer equality

We recently dined here again. This time with our adult foodie kids. The food was a hit. Portions were very generous. And Chong, the owner is a treat all by herself. Very engaging and entertaining hostess.

This is one of my favorite restaurants! Chong and I have become friends. We talk while she cooks. She's amazing! Food is great! Prices are too good to be true!

Excellent food! Ate here on weekend vacation from NC, food rivals/ surpasses some of the best Korean from states-away. From a visitors perspective; if you're local and haven't tried Chongs.. you're sleeping on something really special in your own backyard. Recommendation for first timers: Beef Bibimbap (remember to mix well)

This is my grandmother's place. She is over 70 years old and you'd be amazed at how well she does. She's the only one in that kitchen slinging orders as best as she can. So please call ahead she really truly appreciates the business and she is genuinely pleased to serve you. She is a gem in this world give it a try it's hard to believe she could disappoint

Ms. CHONG is a great authentic Korean food cook. Large portions all made from scratch. Very reasonably priced

Chong is so sweet, and wonderful lady! Such a talented cook, and everything I've had so far is delicious! True, homemade, Korean food. It's my goal to eventually try everything on the menu...that's how good her food is!

Really good food, I would highly recommend. There is essentially one women working there so it is best to call ahead and give her some time. She wasn't there yet when I first called but she called me back to take my order. Definitely worth the wait.

The food is beyond excellent but she is really inconsistent with when she is open and if you go there with more than one order it throws poor Ms Chong into a tizzy and she yells at you to call next time.
