Was a customer of the beaver falls PA location for the last 3 years along with my wife and 4 kids ordering at least $40 worth of food nearly once a week for the past 3 years, I am 6 miles from them and sometimes I got my food delivered always giving the driver a $10 tip every time, after 3 years of being a loyal customer they had the nerve to tell me they will only be delivering with in 4 miles what a joke they lost a loyal customer

Delivery guy showed up and put his foot on my glass door and wouldn't move it until I took my13 year old blind over weight dog into another room. Then after I handed him 2 twenties for a 27 dollar order he said he didn't have any change and left. Guess where I won't be ordering any more pizza from.

Be careful with the driver, When he delivered my pizza I was asked to sign the receipt. Turns out, the driver gave himself a $5.00 tip

Ordered pizza and wings for delivery put a note that we were in the back by the pool. Found the food on the front porch an hour and half later. Called and complained and they told me the driver should have read the customers notes but he didn’t. Made no apology or made no offer to compensate for the error. With all the pizza choices nearby that was the last time I ordered from here.

I love the delivery option and I can see exactly where my order is as its made, to where it is in route. Pizza never disappoints. Hot, juicy, tasty.

Ordered pizza and it was all crumbled and looked like it was delivered by horseback. We called to get a replacement and they said they were too busy.
I get that mistakes happen. But to be treated as like that after THEY messed up was infuriating.
Edit: after reaching back out I encounted a genteel man named Sagal - he brought us a new order and was very apologetic and stressed that he’d tell the manager what happened. I appreciate him doing this. He brought two pizzas back and they were great. Hot, not smashed, and correct.
I’m changing my review to 3 stars, bc although Sagal was a 5 star today, last night still happened and was uncalled for.
Don’t know what’s worse the quality of food or the Customer service! Pepperoni pizza that I ordered looked like it had been bitten in the middle thrown on the ground and then boxed. I called to ask for a replacement and they told me no they were too busy and to call back tomorrow. Don’t waste your money!! Go somewhere else
