One of the most efficient Dunkin locations in the area, imo. Even with a line wrapped around the block they are quick, efficient, and polite, Have never had an incorrect order from this location. Although the food isn't the best quality..... its Dunkin.... not sure what you would expect. Only complaint is with the customers blocking multiple busy roads, not the employees.

I just wanna say the girl working the window at 8:00 tonight is an absolute sweetheart and had the best attitude! You can tell she not only loves her job but loves to make people happy! And my drink was amazing so a big round of applause to the makers of my drinks!

This drive through situation is terrible. It's too slow in too busy of an area to have no actual lot of traffic coming from 2 directions. There is no dine in option.

Had the grandsons with me and mama. They call it, I believe, Dunkie
Everytime I go here they make my drink taste awful. I always get a strawberry drangonfruit refresher and it always tastes so watered down and doesn’t have any “strawberry” flavor whatsoever. I always get this drink at other Dunkin locations and they always make it right. I have never had it made right at this location even when I specify. Don’t recommend this location.

I don't know why I go back. The Brewed tea tastes like coffee. The frozen coffee tastes bitter like espresso. The cold foam doesn't last 5 minutes. The only thing I like at this location is the hashbrowns. I need to stick to Monaca Walmart location or aliquippa.
