For starters, the staff is amazing. Too bad their expresso machine is down most of the time. Seems like MicD ice cream machine. Is there but hardly ever works. The new location is giving you guys a run for your money.

This Dunkin in Chippewa consistently does not add the espresso shots that are paid for. I normally get 9 shots at Starbucks in Monaca, but when I’m working in Beaver Falls I stop here — and almost every time my drink tastes like the espresso was never added. This is not a one-time mistake. It’s a pattern.
This morning was the final straw: I ordered a Dunkin latte with 2 extra shots (should be 3 total shots) and received an $8 cup of chocolate milk — no espresso taste, no caffeine, nothing. I’ve tried different days and different shifts and it’s always the same. Either staff isn’t trained properly or shots are being skipped while customers are still charged.
If you order espresso drinks or extra shots, avoid this location. Calcutta Dunkin makes it right — this one doesn’t.

One of the most efficient Dunkin locations in the area, imo. Even with a line wrapped around the block they are quick, efficient, and polite, Have never had an incorrect order from this location. Although the food isn't the best quality..... its Dunkin.... not sure what you would expect. Only complaint is with the customers blocking multiple busy roads, not the employees.

I just wanna say the girl working the window at 8:00 tonight is an absolute sweetheart and had the best attitude! You can tell she not only loves her job but loves to make people happy! And my drink was amazing so a big round of applause to the makers of my drinks!
