I want to give a big shout out to one of the best servers, her name is Cheryl. Cheryl is pleasant, friendly, always asks if our food we ordered is to our liking, always checks for any thing else we may need, checks to see if we need refills on our coffee. She is the very best. We love when she is our server. We travel from Ambridge to this location because we have always been treated well, atmosphere is great, always excellent service. Thank you Chery for always providing us a pleasant experience at Eat n Park in Chippewa.

They are in the middle of remodeling. So a little messy.
Once again, despite asking at the pick-up windows if all the items are in the bag, I get home later and find a missing side. Additionally, there are no utensils, either. This has happened to me too often, despite always including a tip. Very frustrating and an indication that I should cross this establishment off of my list of options.

Customer service and quality has been going downhill, todays snafu, ordered 50 bucks worth of salads, they forgot the dressing, turkey club on toast, wasn't toasted, it's been something every week, after working all day, used to look forward to getting food from them, not any more. We figured we spend about 150 a month there on a regular basis, they have just lost that income, as we will not Go back.

I've eaten at eat an park for 35+ years. I have been on a 5 year hiatus because the food didn't stay with me long (if you get me) But this last visit the food was tasty although seemed cheap, service was good and I think I'd visit again for breakfast.
