Giant Eagle Bakery

The GE Pharmacy in Chippawa PA refused to fill my prescriptions from out of state (Texas). I was on vacation in Texas & necessary for me to visit a Texas Hospital ER prior to flying home to Pgh. The ER prescribed 2 medications needed to start immediately. I presented GE Pharmacy my complete ER paperwork. Still, this GE Pharmacy refused to fill prescriptions saying NO to out of state prescriptions. I went elsewhere. My prescriptions were filled! I will not be patronizing this GE Pharmacy ever again.

If I could have given no stars I would. My mother went out of her way to try to surprise me with a cake for my 30th birthday. She ordered a 1/4 yellow sheet cake with whipped cream icing and specifically asked for all of the bells and whistles (glitter, sprinkles, lights, ribbons etc.) She ordered the cake a week in advanced so that there was time for it to be done correctly. Today (the day of my birthday) she picked up the cake and was beyond disappointed. They gave her a 1/2 sheet with satin icing and this cake was beyond plain. My mother was to the point of tears because she was so excited about this cake. She explained to the woman that this cake was not what she had ordered and the only consultation she had received $15 off the price of the 1/2 sheet cake she didn’t order! This thing barely even fits in the fridge and the bulk of it is just going to go to waste. It’s a shame that giant eagle is more worried about the profit rather than the guest satisfaction.

I was a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables and overall the store is clean and normally a selection of not only giant eagle brands but national brands. I’ve shopped here more years than I care to remember but I’ve always encountered friendly helpful staff

The mix and match meats 5 for 20 have been a big hit at cookouts so far.

A little mop and broom action on the floors of this Giant Eagle could really help. The deli smells of rotten flesh. Nastiest G.E. I've ever been in.

Giant Eagle In Chippewa is by far the best GE in BeaverCounty! The meats and seafood are fresh and delicious. The produce is organic in many areas and exceptionally well kept. The grocery store offers many wonderful features and when I have a party I always go here. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job for Beaver County! Debbie Smith Wagner
