Sorry to say but one of the worst restaurants I've ever eaten at. Was seated quickly, which was a good sign but everything after that was downhill. They kept saying they were short staffed which I understand so my rating is not on the staff themselves but the overall feel of the restaurant. Bread brought after 30 minutes along with the side salads and other starters. They were out of several things we wanted to order. They were even out of glasses and brought the refills out in plastic cups. Spaghetti and meatballs came out with a puddle of juice all over the bottom of the plate...could have easily made better spaghetti at home. Bathrooms were easily worse than those at a ballpark. Out of order toilets, stains/messes all over, poor lighting, found dead roaches in the bathroom as well. Workers were nice but the overall food and environment was terrible. Will not be visiting this place ever again and I would not recommend anyone go there until they get things cleaned up and more staff.

First time in my life. We had a party of 10 and we were told that they were OUT OF FOOD. Seriously a restaurant was out of FOOD. I assume they cook didn't want to make anything since we came in 1hr half prior to closing. So can't tell if the food was any good since we never ate. LOL. What a joke this place is.

Trash. Do not waste your money. I spent $72 plus I TIPPED! I was really excited for this dinner I talked about it with my significant other the whole day. I had planned out what I was getting by 11am to order for 5pm. I ordered my food- none of which was actually available. I was there when they told me to be there- still wasn’t ready. And when I got home with the food I threw it ALL away! Absolutely terrible except for the cheese tortilini. The waitress was more interested in what the guys at the gambling machines was doing and the cook came out scratching her head.
I wouldn’t give any stars if it was an option. Save your money.

I’ll never give this restaurant my business again. I ordered shrimp scampi, to go, for myself and my grandmother. As a side, I asked for extra noodles with my entree. I figured after paying $65 for my food, there’s no way they’d mess it up. Foolish on my part. I got home after a 30 minute drive to find nothing but 5 pieces of shrimp and some sauce. I called the restaurant to make them aware of THEIR MISTAKE, to which they told me I could come back and pick up the pasta. It’s a 30 minute drive to the restaurant from my house, so if I elected to pick up the pasta, my shrimp would’ve been stone cold. I asked if they would just remake the entree since they left out the most important damn part of PASTA, and they refused. They told me to go to the store and make my own noodles. Absolutely ridiculous. If this is how you treat all of your customers, I’m in complete shock that you’re still open. I wish this restaurant nothing but bad luck and terrible business. Hopefully you learn a thing or two about customer service, since you’re in the service industry. 0/10, I’d recommend McDonald’s over this place.Sincerely,An ex customer

This is a great restaurant for those who are like me and do not like Olive Garden. I had cheese tortellini with blackened chicken. It was very good and a large serving. We were at the racetrack and some of the other teams recommended the food. The three of us sat at the large bar. There were dining areas separate from the bar.

They must not be paying bills or something, everything we wanted to order they did NOT have! What we ended up with was not overly good, so we will not be back. Our waitress was so embarrassed, to keep telling us they never received things on their menu, but she was still awesome! Not her fault!

Service = great. Food = no, just no. Don't bother. Food was old and so not worth the price. Skip it. Go to Sal's instead.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food at Giuseppe's Tuscany grill! I was there for the night of New Year's Eve so they were on a limited menu but I got the 12 oz fillet New York strip and it was absolutely perfect! The mixed vegetables that accompanied it were steamed and of satisfactory condition. It included potatoes, carrots, green beans, and several other things that I can't quite remember. All in all, everything was delicious. However, the service wasn't bad, but The wait staff was so dressed down that I felt overdressed and an establishment that I feel is semi-casual attire. Nothing against them, glad that they can feel comfortable at work, I just was a little off put. Either way. I enjoyed my experience there and I plan on attending again, especially if my hosts are going to pay for me!

Looked online at the menu before we went. Had our dinners picked and when we got the menu their, nothing we chose from the online menu was available. In fact the waitress said for two years the online menu drastically changed. But two tears later they havent updated it.Then we had to pick.something from a very limited menu. The pasta I got was terrible. The prochutta was old and tough and the sauce was so thin and runny. We won't ever go back. The bartender was the high light of the experience.Very dissatisfied
