The service here has always been incredibly slow but on my last visit, it was unacceptable. I went in because the drive thru line was insane, and I was ordering the new cheese curds so I figured that would be quickest. I waited 20 minutes for three tiny bags of cheese curds that were burnt and the cheese had exploded out. There was no sense of urgency from any of the workers, they were just roaming around, seemingly confused. I recommend dining elsewhere!

I went tonight at 5:30 I placed my order at the kiosk, I should've looked around before placing the order, people waiting and customers wanting their money back. The manager yelling at her employees if I don't get a bathroom break you don't either. 41 minutes for my take out order. I normally would've left unfortunately nobody was at the register for a refund. When new customers came in, they told customers it's a 40 minute wait. The store was not clean either.

Went in for a KFC Famous Bowl. Any other KFC takes 2 min. This place took over 25 min. When I asked for a refund, I was asked to leave without refund. I did accuse her of incompetent management skills after 20 min. But a refund would have been appropriate before kicking me out. KFC COMPLAINT LINE OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF HELP IS AVAILABLE. I'm just out.

Placed and order over Uber Eats for a meal and found out they ran out of everything that had been ordered. no heads up or anything.
Everytime we come here they are so slow. I don’t expect the food right away but we are always waiting 15+min if not longer everytime and this is just walking in. They need to change something because it’s been this way for weeks now. I know they work hard but no where else takes that long EVERYTIME we get fast food somewhere.

Went at 1 pm, drive through was wrapped around building, I went inside. Took 20 minutes to get order. I am so sick of places saying sorry we are short handed. They raised their prices, maybe think about paying a living wage, owners of the franchises……the employees were doing their best.
Every time to visit this location drive thru they ALWAYS short my order. I think they must be skimming money charging for product but not putting it in the bag. I get all the way home and find at least one thing is missing. There is no way this happens every time and it not be intentional.

Prices are Ridiculous and ALL the Food has been Downsized!! Even the Biscuits are Smaller than they were! Will NEVER RETURN.
