Everytime we come here they are so slow. I don’t expect the food right away but we are always waiting 15+min if not longer everytime and this is just walking in. They need to change something because it’s been this way for weeks now. I know they work hard but no where else takes that long EVERYTIME we get fast food somewhere.

Went at 1 pm, drive through was wrapped around building, I went inside. Took 20 minutes to get order. I am so sick of places saying sorry we are short handed. They raised their prices, maybe think about paying a living wage, owners of the franchises……the employees were doing their best.
Every time to visit this location drive thru they ALWAYS short my order. I think they must be skimming money charging for product but not putting it in the bag. I get all the way home and find at least one thing is missing. There is no way this happens every time and it not be intentional.

Such polite employees, I had never been to a KFC. The lady told me her favorites and I selected from that. Took a pot pie home and it was seriously the best one I've ever had! Sorry mom!

Chicken pot pie had poor meat and a bone at the bottom. I contacted kfc and never heard back. I could've choked on that food facts
No coleslaw & bloody chicken. Ordered extra crispy & got a bucket full of oily half coated raw chicken

Came thru for dinner and they told me they ran out of chicken and they can't serve frozen chicken lol. KFC you only have one job that's have chicken at a chicken restaurant. Last time I came thru I got the 8 piece meal when I got home it was 1 thigh 2drum sticks and the rest was tiny wings I had to drive all the way back and have them fix it. The time before that they I got the 8 piece meal and they shorted me 2 pieces of chicken. Corporate needs to get this place together.
