Stood at counter waiting for my order for 15 mins. Then they tell me they are out of extra crispy and it’s going to be 18 more mins. Every time I go in this store it’s chaos! How does KFC run out of chicken?!

Stop on our way traveling to Ohio. Excellent food and service. It was on the busy side when we arrived just before noon, Sunday. Wait time was accepted and comparable to other KFC locations. The dinner room was clean and arranged in a good flow. They could benefit from another trash can. The light fixture was cool with a chicken bucket as the center.

Our last experience here was aweful and KFC sent us a gift coupon along with an apology and a request to give them another try. That was about a month ago, so tonight we went back and got the 8 price, original, mixed dark and light . . . and I am pleased to say that the chicken was perfect. It was cooked all the way without being over done, the flavor was perfect and the chicken was not greasy. KFC has redeem themselves and the only reason I only gave them 4 stars was that I want to go back a couple more times to make sure they remain consistent. If they do, my rating will become 5 stars.

They have a bad issue with getting my food right. I have never had to consistently check my food for mistakes after pulling out of a parking lot but at this KFC location it has become routine. It's been that was for as long as I can remember. It's around every other time that it will be messed up.

Got a " Bowl ". 1 chicken strip ( tiny strip ) cut up on top. 4 pieces. No cookie anymore. Drink was wayyy to carbonated. Burped all the way back !!! Food was good though. Just barely enough. I used 2 be able 2 eat 1/2 and save 1/2 for later. Not anymore !! Although, everything I ordered was in the bag this time !!,

I’m not sure if this location has a new manager or what is taking place in the last month ?? BUT!Compared to my last two visits I would say this visit has been one of the best at this location. The attitude of the employees was 100% flawless opening the door for us with a warm welcome, and a smile. Quick to take our ordersThe self-serve drink machine is currently down, but the employees made sure to refill it upon request. Food was delicious chicken extra crispy fries could use a little more seasoning but overall this location gets an 8 out of 10 for me today.

All of the other workers were extremely rude to a clearly new worker that was just trying her best to learn. This worker, Alice, was extremely nice and helpful when we ordered, but the attitudes of the other workers toward her ruined the experience entirely.

9:30pm food was sitting for a long time spent 20$ and threw it all away it tasted like a dirt pot, poor service .. I asked if she added my kfc sauce cashier answered with a compaint that she is understaffed ... fix it . Gave wendys my service instead, food was hot, ready & less money ! Sad .. only reason I didn't go back and ask for my money back was because she wished me happy holidays
