As soon as we (a calm, quiet group of four seniors) entered, an employee by the name of Terry starts to yell at us to leave. We left and bought food at subway and Wendy’s. My friend still wanted McDonald’s so we (as a group of two) went back. Terry keeps a close eye on us while also talking about us to her coworker. As we are waiting for our food, purchased with our money, Terry continues to talk badly about us. And I quote “I thought we weren’t getting your money.” This was very childish and inappropriate for someone of her age to a minor. In all my years of living in Beaver county, I have NEVER been treated so terribly by a fast food employee. I think the reaction towards teenagers just trying to order food is incredibly rude especially since we were just ordering takeout. I would not visit this establishment especially if you are a student or a parent of BF students.

Our quiet friend group of four started to walk into McDonalds and were turned away almost instantly. The lady (Terry) said “Unh unh, two students at a time. Go ahead and wait outside.” All of us didn’t even make it in the door before she said that so we turned away and said we weren’t spending our money here. Three of us got food elsewhere but one of us went back because she really wanted one item there. As soon as she went in she made a petty remark and proceeded to argue with my friend while she was ordering on the kiosk, mind you, she is at least 4 times our age, and said we had to wait because of our ‘age bracket’ and ‘people our age’… They discriminated against us because of our age and made assumptions about would act when we walked in there like the most civilized citizens around. Her behavior was childish and its a shame that my friend had to be the one to end the argument by telling her to have a nice day and walking away. MIND YOU that same worker always talks about children and when i worked there called me “big eyes” just because i was actually listening to her directions. Overall, we shouldn’t be more mature than a 50-60 year old woman and shouldn’t be discriminated based on our age group.

I used to get an iced mocha here every morning, but it would be a 50% chance that it would be made right. Some employees here make it right and some make it with hardly any mocha syrup, very bland and not sweet at all. So I started ordering vanilla lattes instead. Another problem I have with them is, I only order one drink, nothing else, and they will have many cars in front of me for someone to be able to make my one drink by time I get to the window, AND STILL ask me to park to walk my drink out 30 seconds-1 minute later. I've worked at mcdonalds before, so I'm aware it's not as quick as making an iced coffee, but it doesn't take THAT long. Nor have I ever been asked to park over an iced mocha or latte at any other location.

It's a McDonalds, but this is a gutter resturant. I just got a quarter pounder and it was raw. Not a little pink mind you, but raw. The food quality has gone down significantly, while the prices have increased. They have a special needs employee that is rude and seems pissed of most of the time (but can be pleasant if he wants too). The kids move like they are in cold molasses and they get the orders right about once out of every three times. The only worse MCD is the one in Beaver Falls. It needs to be shut down.

I placed an order on Thanksgiving. Because both the app and the website said this store was open. I placed an order. They took my money. I go to the store. I see that its closed. But their stupid ordering system is still online. I dont want to hear crap about Thanksgiving hours affecting things. If you say you're open on both the mcdonalds app and site. You should be open. And its especially infuriating because i got a notification while writing this. Saying my orders ready. Fucjing where and how? Get someone here to make my food or give me a refund
