Never seen a group of workers look so miserable. No customer service skills. Watching a lead touch food with bare hands after touching money. He treated the cashier like he was a complete bother because he needed change. Do better!! All we ordered was 3 ice teas and that took almost 15m.

It's mandatory to give a star in order to review. Never had a positive visit to this location. Staff gets rude when you acknowledge your order is wrong or incomplete. Bun burnt past edible. And what's with the drink upcharge? Guess we'll wait 6 weeks and try again with a new staff.

I do really enjoy myself here. The staff is always great to me. The food is usually pretty good but there are those times its not. When that happens the staff fixes it with no problem.

Came with my two kids at 7:20pm 10/22/24. Ordered a double quarter pounder. Got a double cheeseburger completely covered in grease and raw made me so sick I couldn't eat it. The poor guy who served us our food had to keep running back and forth because everything was in disarray.

They had me pull into a spot because the french fries were not ready yet. I waited 5 minutes. Saw a car next to me get their order decided go in to see where my order was and got ignored at the counter. They gave my food car next to me haha. Worst McDonalds ever
