So like I had a dream about McDonalds pancakes, and then woke up at 7am. So obviously the lord demanded I got pancakes for the first time in I don’t know how long. The lady that took my order was pretty and nice, but when I got my hot cakes and bacon there was one strip of bacon!!! Why are yinz Rationing bacon!! Then they forgot my hash brown! It’s all good though Gods plan!

Waited 25 minutes while waiting curbside. 17 cars were served in the drive through before me. Many arrived after I did. Will be making a complaint to corporate about this location as this was totally unacceptable.

Pouring rain outside, not a single mat or protective rug of any kind on floors. My grandchild and another customer fell while in the order area. When I complained to staff, the individual told me she was going in the back to report MY attitude to her manager?? As my grandchild stood aside with a bleeding lip from the fall. Never seen a group of workers look so miserable. No customer service skills. Watching a lead touch food with bare hands after touching money. He treated the cashier like he was a complete bother because he needed change. Do better!! All we ordered was 3 ice teas and that took almost 15m.

Worst place I have eaten. Food was disgusting, cold fries, fish was over cooked and no ketchup available and order was incorrect.
