Did an in-person take-out order for lunch. Initially was planning on doing the 7 dollar deal, but the hostess told me to do the 8 dollar personal pizza instead for "portion control" encouraging me to rip myself off. I've worked food service, I know how frustrating loss leaders are, but franchisees retaliating against customers rather than complaining to the company is poor service. I'm a loud person naturally, but I had to repeat every statement twice because it was clear my answers were not being listened to. I spent half an hour (12:56 to 1:20) waiting in-store for a personal pizza, twice as long as the 12 minutes quoted to me originally. As I said I worked food service, I try not to be harsh towards food service workers, but in every aspect of customer service this was poor.

Ordered food at 8:30pm - didn’t get it until 10:08pm .
I live two minutes from the store.
Called around 9:45 to ask where it was and I was told that they are waiting on a driver to come and get it. Then the DoorDash driver who showed up told me he worked for Pizza Hut, too. So the dude clocked out of Pizza Hut and clocked into DoorDash to deliver my pizza. He Mentioned they fired their drivers last week and that’s why there was a delay. Still not sure why I waited so long.

Edit: I got an email from Pizza Hut saying sorry and that I could use a gift card for a free large pizza
The code DOESNT work. Pathetic. Couldn’t pay me to give them another chance

I have gotten take out and I have gotten delivery from this Pizza Hut numerous times. Very different experiences. I have gotten delivery with an older woman driver who seems to be confused and not the friendliest, nor brightest. She was super slow as well. She said she got lost. I believe her name is Nancy. I have gotten delivery a few times from a very polite, young man who was quick and friendly. His name was Ryan. I like when I get him. Not sure if I'll ever get take out again. They have a manager named Brandon who is very unprofessional and seems unbalanced. He was in the back throwing things around and yelling quite loudly. Not a good look for customers in the store. It definitely makes me not want to go there or bring my family there to eat. I've been there when another manager, Kelly, was working and she was great. She has an awesome name, too. This Pizza Hut has gone downhill with staff. Between the confused, slow lady delivery driver and the screaming manager throwing things, I think I'll choose a different place to dine. Kudos to Ryan & Kelly for being professional and friendly. Those are the employees that gives you a good experience.

Prices are way too high at this location. One large pizza is almost $30. Delivery of $6 is the highest around. Cancelled my order immediately.

I just ordered a meal and the store manager was very rude. She hung up in my husbands face and refused to answer the phone after .
The pizzas’ crust was not what I ordered and their was very little pepperoni
The store manager stated there were 30 pepperoni on the pizza and there was not

Ask that the pizza be well done . It has a taste of being cooked in a wood fired oven with slight singing . It's especially good on a specialty pizza .
