Pizza was okay... The pepperoni was 110% off. Not sure if it was old, or what... We got some personal pans and every slice with pepperoni on it tasted like melted rubber. Seemed like there was only one employee. Overall, probably won't be back.

Had the absolute best dine in experience here! I brought in an unopened bag of vegan cheese and they were super accommodating to make a pizza I could have! All of the employees were very kind and attentive. I wish we lived nearby and we would be going back often.
My doggo Mango absolutely loves this Pizza Hut and all the pizza chef’s!!! To the friendliest of lunch spots and kind employees thank goodness we still have a Pizza Hut restaurant in our community. We should really start making this place as popular as it was in the 90’s!

We walked in and seen no employees. Stood at the desk to order for 4mins still no greeting. Then walked over to the carry out desk stood there as the drive thru employee did her thing without even acknowledging us. Finally she looked at us and I said what's the process do we order here or sit down. She finally took our order and told us to sit down and she said she'd bring our food to us. Which she did with a smile.
The environment is dark and no happiness. Dark colors black and white pictures on wall. Nothing like pizza hut use to be. Sad times. Now I now why there's a drive thru.

This was the first time we sat on this Pizza Hut for a very long time. There is no wait staff but the pizza was great and the wings were really good.

Living in the area for some time, I've never really tried this Pizza Hut. However, this evening, the combination of wanting to try something different with the fact that I'd never been here mixed in with the cash back bonus I was getting from my bank found me on their website this Friday evening. I saw that they had a pretty decent deal and combined with my previously mentioned bank discount. I decided this seemed like a win-win!
Upon arriving, it was immediately noticeable that the store had seen better days and was left in the remnants of what was a '90s glorified hotspot on a Friday or Saturday evening. Today, you can see the ruins of what used to be and the shell of everything that still is, that being said, it still operates just like a normal Pizza Hut today. I saw that they had a drive-thru window but decided I would walk in to Pick up my pizza and proceeded to wait at what I thought was the front desk. After I saw a car pulling up to the drive-thru, I soon realized that there was actually a different front desk on the side that I didn't come in, closer to 51. It didn't take any time and the girl was very friendly who handed me my pizza. She just had me sign the receipt and I was on my way.
When I got it home and I opened up the box. The picture that I included with this review is what I discovered! Absolute perfection! It looks like it was made by a Pizza chef! Somebody who definitely knows their way around a pizza! The flavor is on point with Pizza Hut and definitely doesn't disappoint in any regards, especially considering the price I paid and the adventure that I was trying to have this evening! I definitely will return if another deal finds its way to me.

Placed a $50 order at 10:30 Saturday night march 1st after working a tough 14 hrs day, even questioned to make sure they were gonna deliver it, spent nearly 8 minutes on the phone with these people placing my order and they never bothered showing up or even calling me to let me know they weren't gonna come, I tried calling back only to get a voice mail that they were closed, then I tried calling pizza hut customer service only to get a recording telling me to go on line if I wished to file a complaint, why bother having a customer service number if it's useless this business is a joke and I would recommend you either go to domino's or papa John's

Ordered thru app a pan pizza with extra cheese and put in the special notes to do double extra cheese. Was refused it when I got there, told since I used the app that I wasn't paying for the double extra cheese so I wasn't getting that....why would you give me what I didn't order. Just ring it up....why are y'all tripping over $2. Are you telling me I out pizza'd the hut over extra cheese? I would actually like a refund for getting to the incorrect pizza. What If I refused that pizza? Y'all woulda been out $22 for 1 pizza. Do better

The pizza is the same as always but whoever is delivering here is horrible. I live less than 5 minutes from the store and it often takes over two hours to get anything delivered.

Would have loved to do an actual review of the food but we never received it. Ordered for delivery and paid with credit card along with the tip. Ordered at 6:20pm and was told 30-45 minutes which seemed normal. Kept getting updates with later times as the driver had not gotten to the store yet to pick up our order. Then we found out it was being delivered by door dash and not actual drivers for Pizza Hut. When the driver finally showed up at 7:45 pm she said it was cash on delivery. I tried explaining to her that the order was already paid for with a credit card with Pizza Hut over the phone. She then had to call her door dash boss. This took another 15 minutes. In the mean time I called Pizza Hut to explain what was going on and they would not give me the order that was paid for. The manager at Pizza Hut said this was the second time this happened tonight. Long story short it is now 8:05 pm and no pizza for dinner as the door dash driver said she was told by her boss to bring it back to the store. At this point I am still on the phone with the manager of Pizza Hut and told her they are bringing the order back. She said she would credit me back on my credit card but because it is a weekend and a holiday on Monday it would probably not go through until Tuesday. So no pizza for me tonight and no credit until next week. Pretty poor way to do business. The manager did offer me a discount of $20 on my next order but I think from now on I will take my business elsewhere. Too much aggravation for a pizza!
