I ordered online and the pick up time showed 20 minutes from when I had ordered. So I picked it up at the time shown. This thing felt like a brick. I got my sub toasted. That sucker must have been made immediately after I ordered and sat until I picked it up. It was cold and the bread was hard as a rock. I may as well have ate the sub on two sleeves of crackers. I did give 2 stars because the sub was made with everything ordered and I somehow managed to keep all my teeth.

There are layers to how bad this subway location is. The manager lady I see there all the time is plain rude and terrible with customer service. If you don’t want the job go home. Shame on the hiring manager fr. Nobody is properly trained. The girl who is there alone frequently basically rips the bun in half and gives out the smaller of the 2 pieces. Too much sauce even when you say “stop.” This place needs closed. Reporting to corporate.

Subway at the Chippewa Walmart, I went in to grab a quick snack for my child and I. Subway has these three dollar pepperoni wraps that are not pre-made they make that right there in front of you. My child does not like meat and I asked if they could just simply move the pepperoni over to my wrap and proceed. Young lady looks at her manager and says "Can we do that" The manager replies. "no we cannot he has to pay for extra for pepperoni on the one and we can give him a cheese wrap for the same price"
Not trying to be a Karen here but mathematically that makes no sense they are each $3 I'm just asking you to not put the pepperoni on the one each one comes with three slices of pepperoni and a slice of cheese. Simply move the pepperoni from one to the other and wrap them up.

I ordered through the app and made sure it was open when I put my scheduled pick up time in. I came in at 7:30 and the gates were closed. How come you list on your entrance 9:30 close but close way earlier? Just a rip off in my opinion.

I order a sub to get and started to eat and found a black hair in my sub but was already home. I called the store Joe had answered and apologized and asked what they could do for me so I asked for a refund and then they asked if I paid card or cash and that they weren’t sure how to do it they would have to contact the manager and ask how but yet didn’t ask for my name or my phone number so I said well let me atleast give you my name so you know what to look for and then I called back to the store cause I didn’t see any return and then no one answered the phone.

Everything is OK, my main complaint is that it is consistently closed before 9:30 pm. I even called earlier to confirm they close at 930 then I arrive at 7:45pm and the gate is closed. Why have open and closing times if they are never adhered to?

The most miserable workers ever!! Went there for the first time, I said "how are you?" The young girl looked at me and said nothing, she couldn't have been more rude if she tried. THE worst and most unprofessional attitudes I've ever witnessed, the funniest part is when I checked-out, it asked me for a tip ?.We will never go back! 0 stars!!!!

Beyond disgusting!!! I have always gotten "sweet onion chicken teriyaki" .. Today I ordered it and regular chicken was used with teriyaki sauce squirted on it!!!! Disgusting!!!

Don't waste your time or money here! You'll only get a sub with stuff you don't want.My husband went to get us subs. He called me after and said they wouldn't put the cheese I wanted on it.I knew you could pick the cheese you wanted in the past, so I called and asked for the manager.Manager tells me if I had ordered a sub online and then picked up in store I could have had it how I wanted but since it was ordered in store, she was not allowed to put different cheese on.TELL ME HOW THAT MAKES ANY SENSE?!?!They should have just upcharged me for the pepper jack cheese and called it a day.Bad move Subway! Too many other sub shops to be so nitpicky about changing out cheese.Manager also would not give me any info about this Subways owner or her manager.If you really want Subway, go down the road to the one in the plaza with Dunhams sports. Not far at all and hopefully owned by different franchisee.
