me and a buddy stopped for lunch waited 5-10 min. nobody at the counter to take order. decided to order on the kiosk. nobody talks to you. watched another 2 guys come in and nobody takes there order. worried about the drive thru cars that arrived after everyone inside. horrible management and workers

Don’t waste your time here. So sloooooowww. Should be ashamed to call themselves “fast” food. Waited 25 minutes for 2 tacos. I don’t wanna hear “understaffed” either. That is not a good excuse anymore. Make adjustments. My chips were soggy before I got them. I should have asked for a refund.

The tacos were what was expected. I got through the drive through quickly, probably because it was about 3pm. The drink was nothing more than colored soda water. There was no flavor at all. I took it back to the restaurant to let them know that the syrup may need to be changed. The worker just looked at me and went into the back. I got no apology or offer to try a different drink, even after I stood there for a minute or two. I refilled my cup with a different choice from the self-serve dispenser. It was just as awful as my first choice. I suspect they have made changes to their drink syrup to soda ratios due to the dollar drink promotion right now. I guess I will get my drinks somewhere else for a while.

Food was good, hot and fresh. Tasty. My own wonder us why every store or even same store makes the chicken quesadillas differently, always cheese and chicken but amoubt of sauce varies from practically none (like here) to drowning in it (yummy but more spicy!). Order was quick and efficiently done even late at night, friendly staff

Going on 3 decades of eating here basically. Well maybe. Raised on the jex didn’t have much but I recall a very fond memory with my mom and baby sitters and family and it was at the monaca location. This location has had some amazing hometown hero’s and all around awesome folks. Didn’t get a picture and they’re working on getting the “thank you” bell fixed but we always say ding ding thank youuuu!!

So thank you folks from our family to the Taco Bell family! Someone tell the ceo you guys deserve a gift card lol. Much love and stay blessed!

Dietary restrictions: They offer vegetarian options and will cater to your needs if you kindly request with etiquette and manors!! If you’re having a bad day they still will treat you professionally I have saw it first hand.

Parking: I’m able to park my trailer and truck or van there if on the job and any vehicle imaginable has been spotted there. It’s Taco Bell duh lol

Tactical Stump (Tactical Stump Removal)

My family and I have officially boycotted this taco bell. We have gone here 6 times since they opened and every time they mess up the order or forget things. Check your bag before leaving the drive through...Edit. 4/19/24I should have taken my own advice. The kids all wanted tacos tonight. Spent 43 bucks on soft tacos with just "meat and cheese". The screen was correct and the receipt was correct. Nope lettuce on every one. Maybe we'll try again in another year.

It was good, as far as taco bells go. The service was very good. The food was, well, taco bell, but I would put it in the top five of all taco bells I've eaten at.

This is not once, or even TWICE, but the third time I’ve had an issue with this store. I sat in the lobby for about 10 minutes and nobody even looked around the corner to see if I needed anything. Then when I finally spoke up and mentioned what I was there for, the manager whipped around the corner with the nastiest attitude that I’ve ever experienced with customer service and told me, “You see how long the line is, if you’ve been waiting you should’ve spoke up!” Then asked me to leave the store on the grounds of “Because I don’t want you and I said so. Leave or I’ll call the cops.” I am always nice and polite with anyone I encounter, albeit slightly assertive at times because sometimes it’s necessary to speak up. I have NEVER had an issue at any store in my life and I never write bad reviews but this was such a terrible experience that I felt compelled to. The manager had an attitude from HELL working in customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone smh.
