2 times now I have went and ordered through the drive thru. Both times I ordered a triple baconator, and both times I get home only to realize that they have made me the wrong sandwich. Just left there today with a order for a triple baconator meal and a crispy chicken BLT biggie bag. Not only was I given a Dave's triple, but my biggie bag had no sauce and didn't even have bacon on the sandwich. This location used to be the best in the area and now its a joke.

I went through the drive through about 10:30pm Saturday (tonight). Hamburger was so cold, the cheese wasn’t even soft, let alone melted and the bun was stale. I was very disappointed as this is not my usual experience at this Wendy’s. Needless to say, I did not get the late dinner I wanted after leaving the ER.

I don’t even know where to start. As we were walking in a nice guy greeted us. Took our order and everything was fine. We sat down and our food was ready. We got the food and the fries were cold and old and so was the spicy chicken sandwiches. My mom, Being super nice might I add. Told them that the fries were cold and we wanted the moneys worth. The curly haired lady who had a grey jacket on needs an attitude check for sure. My mom said “sorry” in which she shouldn’t have to say. The lady rolled her eyes, stared at my mom and didn’t say anything. Now I work in customer service and If I did that I would have a talk to by my manager and even owner. OH, not to mention I walked in there and none, NONE, of the employees were wearing gloves 🤢🤮. Employees seemed very unhappy and were not even showing smiles or anything. Except for the one guy. He seemed new and actually hard working unlike anybody else there. The rest of the employees definitely need shown how to treat customers and at least put on a fake smile. It’s part of the customer service. Unbelievable

Slowest most incompetent staff ever!
They were awesome! The drive thru line went fast. They were very nice at each of the windows. The food was hot and fresh.

Agree with many of the comments. Plan on waiting an extended period of time for an order. Manager always onsite but does not improve anything.

Waited quite a while to get sandwiches, they were lukewarm at best. Cheese not even melted. French Fries were nice and hot though. Not a clean table in the place. The lady who was at the counter was nice and apologized for the wait.

Lettuce shortage apparently but they didn't say anything about it when I ordered my chicken sandwich with extra lettuce and mayo at the speaker. Wouldn't have ordered a sandwich had i been told. Waste of my money.

This used to be the best Wendy's around, but twice the lady at the window has argued with me and told me grilled chicken isn't an option for the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club. Now today, she told me I was getting grilled and I still got Classic chicken.
