They take like 30 mins to make a small order and they don't even come up to the front until you've been standing there for 10 minutes I door dash here alot and it's always bad service

Unsure why it’s impossible to get a baked potato here. Extremely frustrating to have dietary restrictions and to be limited on what I can consume from the menu as is, and then literally weekly when I’ve learned to inquire prior to wasting my time driving there, I call and ask if they have any, the answer is no. Remove them from the menu then. I’m done with this establishment.

We've been here a few times and the food was always great. The breakfast sandwiches were always crispy, a fact that the manager told us was from being put into the oven instead of the microwave.
This time however, the food was notably worse in quality and the service from the staff present was abysmal. The cashier was dismissive and obviously didn't want to be here, and when they messed up one of our sandwiches they argued that I was wrong despite the receipt showing otherwise.
tl;dr: if the male manager with the mustache is here it's great, when he's not it's apparently a completely different story.
Got really sick after eating here. Didnt even finish half my burger and I felt terrible. It was soaking in grease. They also waited 3 days to charge my debit card. I will not be eating this wendies again.

Whom ever is the night manager at this location in beaver falls is moving in the right direction. My food was very fantastic. Hot Fresh! The service was phenomenal. I was comped a drink and frosty because I had to wait a few minutes for my order…. BUT I’m the one who asked for it come to order!!!! That is true customer service right there and I will be back $15.00 for 50 nuggets right now
