This is the second time I ordered food from them and it will be my last. Instead of putting the sauce onto the wings, they put both sauces on the side without my request. When I called them, I got a rude response and not even an apology. Maybe next time, they will send the wings raw!!

Almost had to ask for silverware, had to ask for the appetizer we ordered, and most of the order was still wrong. They weren’t busy so it’s just stupidity. Wish I could have seen the owner because I have never had that bad of service. Probably won’t be back. Remember kids first impressions

My new favorite place to eat. Portions were big. Food was amazing. We got burgers with fries and taco nachos and they were excellent! Cooked to perfection. Service was fast. Betty was our waitress and she is the definition of customer service. I have nothing but good things to say.

This was my first time here. I placed an order for take out. We got fried raviolis, chicken tenders with honey mustard, the jacked up angus burger medium rare, and an Italian hoagie with no onion. The order was almost 100% accurate except the burger was more rare than medium rare. The chicken tenders were amazing. The breading on them is crispy and well seasoned. I believe the honey mustard is house made and it was also delicious. The burger was huge and had tons of flavor and the hoagie was actually meaty and wasn’t skimpy. We will definitely be coming here again!

Last night we were very disappointed. We always ask for the same server but was told we had to wait till other people were placed first with other servers. Our favorite server Betty had to have other table filled first. They changed the policy that we don't like. For many years we have asked for Betty but last night after waiting 15 or 20 minutes we finally got a table with her. Having to wait for other people to be placed first. You make money no matter who the server is. The other servers need to be more friendly and be a better server then just look for a tip. Need to be more social.

I'm writing this customer review to make one thing unequivocally clear: Mason Bartoles is not just the best fry cook at ZPub, he is the best fry cook in the entire town, full stop. The consistency and sheer, unadulterated perfection of every single item that comes out of his fryer—from the golden-brown fries to the perfectly crisp onion rings—is legendary and a massive factor in why we keep coming back. He handles the rush with impossible composure and ensures the quality never dips, which is the definition of an indispensable employee who adds immense value to your business. This dedication, skill, and unflappable work ethic demand recognition, and that's why he deserves a significant pay bump for being the backbone of the ZPub kitchen. Mike you should give him his $20 raise NOW!
Tried this place 2 days ago and was extremely disappointed. Ya don't expect much from bar food but this was really bad. I got the stuffed banana peppers with garlic bread. First off, they give you 3 peppers and they're verrrry small and they were microwaved. Didn't receive my garlic bread, just sliced Italian bread with a cup of really bad butter. The mix of ground beef and hot sausage in the peppers was really gross also. My husband got stuffed peppers with pasta, side salad and bread and also an order of fried pickles. The stuffed peppers were supposed to be Mexican peppers but we're just the banana peppers, the pasta was so unbelievably overcooked it wasn't even edible and there was literally only about a spoonful of sauce. When we opened the fried pickles, the smell was so verrrry bad, I mean really bad so we didn't even touch those. Another strange thing was on the receipt it said thin sliced Italian bread with my husband's meal and thick sliced Italian bread with my meal and all the bread was the exact thickness and again mine was supposed to be garlic bread. A complete waste of $50... will never eat their food again. If you want good food, don't go to this place.

Love this place but it’s the only restaurant I know that charges for bread with an Italian meal. $2 for 2 slices of Italian bread is ridiculous. Should have been told it wasn’t included 🙄
