I was there and was waiting to be served my food and there was a lady eating food who worked there. As she was eating continued to take care of customers and then coughed in her hand...never washed hands ., never bothered to sanitize. It was very disgusting, it was the one lady....she is just very sloppy and not caring about her appearance.

The food is excellent, except the pizza. The staff on the other hand needs to be a bit more attentive. Waitress completely ignored me the first time I was there , waited on at least three to four others , and never did say anything to me. I had to get up and inquire. Second time they weren't busy they made my sandwich and handed it to me like get out, the third took 45 minutes for two slices of pizza they reheated twice and just sat on the counter. Otherwise the food is great.

When I deliver down the road to the dodge dealership I always stop in for breakfast here before I leave town...always great food and fantastic service..a must if you are in town or passing threw.

I couldn't even eat the food I ordered tonight. It was incorrect eventhough they read it back to me correctly on the phone. I want to like this place so bad because there are so few places to get food from around here, but they mess up out order every time we order something that isn't pizza.

They can't listen to your orders. Check your food before you leave. I've ordered from here a few times and it's wrong every single time. 10/31 Update: got my order wrong again. So glad I'm not allergic to the spices and cheese I keep telling them not to put on my food.

This is the 4th time I have ordered from there and specifically stated I did not want cheese nor Shakers. My sandwich was absolutely loaded with the shaker trash. I cannot eat whatever the ingredients are in them. I've had issues with hives every single time! Edit- 10/31- messed up my order again. I requested no cheese and got cheese again.

Edit: it is always something! I asked for 1 ham and cheese sub, lettuce, tomato, mayo and shakers. And 1 turkey sub, lettuce, tomato Mayo, no shakers. The ham sub was missing Mayo and the turkey sub had cheese.
I don't go out much. Since I've moved down here, I think this has been the 3rd or 4th time I've did. Most of them were here. Out of all the times I ordered here, 1 time my order was no way near what I ordered. I decided to try again. This time it was at a different time frame as I took my son out to eat. The service was great n our waitress was great. VERY friendly, polite. Couldn't of asked for better service. Thanks. Been back couple more times. Ordered a hot ham n cheese again. Ordered almost was given to me wrong agin but the waitress that had given my son n I great service last time caught it n had the hoagie reordered. I'll have to find out her name. Thank you again.

Parking: Parking was available with 3 option,near the door,by the curb by 522 and along the east side of vinces.
Wheelchair accessibility: From parking lot to dining in was level.
