Food was really good and the desert was aa well. I really like the atmosphere and the sit in area outside very home like. Was clean and the employee was nice. My food took a bit I thought for 1 sandwich but other then that it was great. I paid 10 bucks for it and the flavor I got the avocado bagel and added a few extras was good. Cookies were about 2.50 to 3 bucks was fresh and big enjoyed it thou the peanut butter for me could have had more peanut butter flavor was a little light. Would go back again for sure to support this business and so should you. You won't be disappointed i guarantee you.

Now, it would be unfair not to admit that waiting that long all I could think of was how good this bagel had to be, so it probably did skew my expectations in a sense. However when I opened up that crispy aluminum foil, I at least expected it to be toasted. No, just a cold, soggy bagel with a few tousled toppings.
Despite the horrors I trudged on, only to find myself more and more disappointed. I guess good things don’t always come to those who wait.
Solid ambiance though.

Food is great! Never had a problem until last Friday and it was due to the service I received from the staff.
I placed two separate lunch orders. Together, both orders totaled over 120$.
When I got to the establishment, I did not see a bag with my name on the shelf. Someone from the back yelled out “It’s on the shelf”, I looked again, but there was only a bag for someone else on the shelf. I asked the person who yelled out to come show me as I didn’t see my name.
The staff member walked over, seemingly annoyed, and pointed to the bag. I told her that was not my order and she then said “Oh, we are packing it up”. I began to tell her that I had 2 separate orders and she cut me off mid sentence to tell me that both were in the same bag.
When I got back and checked the bag I noticed that the second order was not in the bag. I immediately called and the staff member who took my call informed me that someone else picked up my order and that they would need to remake it - but that it would be at least 20 minutes as they had a line of customers and my order would have to wait, OR I could get a refund which takes 2-3 business days to post.
My only option was to take the refund since there was no chance I would make it back in time to work. This is very disappointing because we order from Beaver Bagel almost weekly because this place WAS an office favorite!
Unfortunately, because of how rudely I was treated and the lack of customer service I received we will not be back.

I love love love Beaver Bagels! The weekends can be insane with the crowds and the wait, so I’ve started ordering my bagels online and picking up and then I get my baked goods while I’m there. The baked goods…listen Linda, I’ve never had one that I didn’t enjoy. My gawd. Big back activated every single visit!!

I throughly enjoy everything about Beaver Bagel except for the food which is really unfortunate. The location, the staff, the setup, and the menu options are excellent but this is the third time my wife and I picked up our order immediately after it was called on the PA system and it felt like it was sitting for 15 minutes because of how cold it was. We each got the jalapeño cheddar bagel with a protein, egg, and plain cream cheese. I don’t mind how messy it gets but the flavor is very lackluster and not even close to being warm. Not saying I wouldn’t go back but I’ll cap my expectations at enjoying coffee in a nice environment for now on.
