This place has an awesome environment and nice heated seating. In my opinion as someone from New Jersey, these bagels don't compare, pretty sub par in my opinion but the customer service was great and our coffee was good! Lots of options for sandwiches

Every food item here is absolutely amazing, you cannot go wrong!! The brown butter honey cookie is the best cookie I’ve ever had in my whole life. Staff are so sweet too. 10/10 place :)

This place is amazing!! I was in the area and typed in coffee into my maps app. This came up. So I googled it and thought there is no way the food looks as good as the pictures I saw. I was wrong. This is that place you find and wish every town had one. A place that takes care of you start to finish. The way your food is placed in a box or bag. Instead of someone just tossing it in like most chain places. The food looked even better in person. The bagels we had were cinnamon crunch with maple pecan cream cheese. It sounded amazing but most places make things sound amazing only to let you down. This place was not like most places, each bite was absolutely amazing! The cookies we got were salted peanut butter and salted chocolate chip. We tried the peanut butter and it took me back to grandmas kitchen from the smell to taste! And these cookies are big!!
Finally a place is only as good as its staff. The people working there make you feel like you just came home. A warm welcome to a place is something that has been forgotten.
There is something to be said about a place that hires people who care about their job and how they handle every aspect of it.

Absolutely amazing place! Line is usually out the door on the weekends, but so worth the wait. Delicious homemade bagels, a ton of smear flavors & incredible bagel sandwiches. They have coffees and other drinks as well. Outdoor only seating but cute little garden area!!!

A quaint little shop snugged in on Ridge St. Excellent bagel selection. Before ordering one of their amazing sandwiches, I would suggest just having one of their delicious bagels with a schmeer of cream cheese. They definitely are far more than a delivery system for turkey and avocado.

I love this place. I love the people, the vibe, the SMELL. aaaaaah. It is all such a good place. I always get some bagels to go and the BIFCAT latte. I recommend the classic or Plain Jane.
The bagels are great every time we go. The service is awesome as well, everyone there is always friendly. The updates they made inside are nice as well, probably the best bagel shop in and around Pittsburgh!

My husband and I’ve been going there since we discovered it close to a year and have been spreading the good news. The staff is awesome , food is fantastic, decor is unique.
