Very good. It's a bit expensive, but I'd say it's worth it. Food is excellent. I've eaten here 3 or 4 times now, and everything has been great.Small number of tables but it's very cozy though which is nice and perfect for a date because you don't have a lot of noise you can actually have a conversation. You can bring wine they provide glasses.

What a great spot this is. In beaver county for work, had a few locals recommend Biba to me in Beaver. A small but welcoming dining room as you enter. The food is excellent and I would say good value too. Had an excellent strip steak cooked perfect with nice sides and garnish’s. Jason the owner came over and asked how my meal was, seemed like a great guy, talked food and wine. Highly recommend. PS it’s BYOB

Biba is fantastic. I go to all the best restaurants in Pittsburgh all the time. Biba is up there with the best of the best. Twice now it is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to.

We had a WONDERFUL dinner at Biba tonight. Chef was, most notably, honest and happy to spend a moment talking with us. Staff was so kind and accommodating. Great atmosphere. Food was DELICIOUS. Cant wait to come back and try the new, fun options your constantly working at. Thank You.

Met a friend here for dinner and we were both impressed with the quality of the service and the food. Very quaint spot, lots of attention to detail, plates seem to be prepared as ordered and nothing ahead of time. Delicious! My friend and I only see each other occasionally and sat with our food and wine for some time talking and catching up. The restaurant was very gracious with the time and we never felt rushed even though it is small and limited tables. The waitress was super and it is obvious she has a passion for the ownership and the restaurant! I would definitely go back, especially because the menu changes and I am interested to see what comes next! The only request I would have is a past with an olive oil or cream sauce in addition to the Ragu selection, because I bet it would be delicious!

We have been going to Biba for about ~2 years now and it’s the best restaurant in Beaver. The menu is always rotating based on the seasons or what’s fresh at hand. At our last dining experience, we had:Appetizer: fried eggplant, 10/10Entrees: tagliatelle and flank steak, both 10/10Dessert (not pictured): bourbon peach tres leches cake without the pecans, 10/10No matter what we’ve ordered, it’s been amazing. Typically we’ll order their Pork Milanese, which is my go-to, and my fiancés favorite is the Cuban Sandwich. We’ve ordered those 2 menu items more than anything else, as they’re usually kept on there. The food is always fresh and piping hot when it comes out.As for the service/owner: we keep coming back because of the atmosphere. You’re treated like family and greeted with a smile. Amanda is our favorite server and James always does a quick job. The real star is the chef/owner Jason - no matter how busy the kitchen is, he’ll usually take a few moments to come over and ask how your meal is. You don’t have to be a regular too for him to come out and introduce himself. If they’re short staffed or super busy, he’ll buss tables or bring food out - he’s not above doing any job and it’s really nice to see.Biba is a BYOB so make sure to bring adult beverages with you. Overall, just a wonderful restaurant in the heart of Beaver.Just a side note: it is a smaller restaurant but they do have limited outdoor seating. We would highly recommend making a reservation a few days/weeks in advanced because they fill up quickly! Also be sure to check out their menu online, it’s always for that day and usually changes week by week.

This place punches seriously above it's weight. If this were in a city like NY or Chicago, this restaurant would very easily have several month waiting list and a Michelin star. Beaver is very lucky to have a chef like Jason Benegasi. I hope the locals realize it.Incredibly inexpensive for the quality of the ingredients and the innovative menu. He could charge triple the prices and I would still faithfully dine here.By far the best restaurant in Beaver, and in my opinion the best restaurant in the Pittsburgh area.My only request is they bring back actual physical menus. I hate having to scan a QR code to view a menu. It is trashy and undignified, especially for a wonderful place like this. I shouldn't need to involve a mobile phone for dinner. For this reason I have deducted 1 star from Atmosphere.

Biba is such a gem. Chef Jason is a delight, putting as much passion and care into his cooking as he does getting to know his guests. If only I was local!

I never had a bad meal and I love how some of the dishes change seasonally. BYOB is a plus. Highly recommend to make a reservation as it does not have many tables.

My wife and I had an awesome experience celebrating our anniversary here. The chef and owner personally came out and greeted us and the food was out of this world. Everything came out quickly and the service was great. The atmosphere was intimate and upscale. Will absolutely be back.

Consistency, quality, staff and menu selections are what make Chef-owner Jason’s place a winner on all counts. Haven’t posted a review in three years and we fine here several times a year so it was time to highly recommend Biba again. There wasn’t a miss among the six apps and entrees we selected. And it’s a BYOB spot with a modest $5 cork fee. You’ll be pleased with Biba.
