Sat in er for 5hrs & 13mins before a doctor every showed his face!!.. wthell??...noway they are that busy that a Dr takes over 5hrs to see you!! When we went there we were litterly the only peeps there! Went to er room right away but then waited 5hrs & 13mins for a dr...I hate this hospital it is always filthy dirty, disgusting....why the head of custodians are not checking these rooms is beyond me!.. guess that would require he/she to actually get up....stop gossiping with their employees and walk around the assigned areas...I witnessed a woman mopping a infected room and going right to the next ? hmmm cross Contamination?? You think??...she should have went and changed out all her equipment before starting other rooms..wounder why you leave there sicker than when. U went in??......LOL...????oh yes I forgot the best part they assumed my child's name was the same as mine & when I caught that his last name was wrong (because they kept insisting he had NO INS) I SAID HELLO HE HAS HIS FATHERS LAST NAME SO THAT NEEDS CHANGED!! I was told I had to go to registration to change it so away I went and the woman refused to correct their mistake she said ""I can't do that now!!...it would be too hard to change it since everything is already in the system"" YES THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD AND IT STAYED THAT WAY SO NOW I GET A BILL TO PAY BECAUSE Technically THEY TREATED A PERSON WHO DIDNT Exist!!....SOOOO AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS U R TRUELY DIEING.....

Wow! I’d never been to any Crazy Mocha before and I have been missing out. Since I prefer the yummy (& higher calorie) vanilla chai lattes, it is good I don’t know where there is a Crazy Mocha near me. This is as good as my favorite SoCal tea place! I even set an alarm to get back there before they close.Highly recommended if you have to be in the Beaver Heritage Valley Hospital!

I went to the Brighton rehabilitation location Virginia was so helpful and pleasant very well maintained and respectful I look forward to returning to crazy mocha again
