The food there, the last two times, fries and chicken were burnt! You couldn’t even break the chicken with your hands. Also dry. 3 box meals.
Went in for a birthday cake. The girl at the counter was already visibly annoyed with the previous customer. Didn’t say anything when I came up to the counter. I asked if someone could write on the cake (there were at least 4 employees I saw working) she quickly snapped back with “no one here can do that.” I’d think that was a basic part of training there. As my receipt was printing I asked if she could just throw it away for me. She rolled her eyes and yanked it from the machine to crumble it. Terrible customer service/attitude and I didn’t plan to return again anytime soon. However, my son’s baseball team wanted to go there after their first win of the season Thursday night. The sign out front literally says “CELEBRATE YOUR TEAMS WIN WITH US” Yet the girl at the counter was irritated the entire time with how many people were there. I was towards the back of the line so I watched her interactions with everyone & not one person was she pleasant with. The one family wasn’t paying attention & it was their turn. She didn’t say anything just stood there staring with an awful expression on her face waiting for them to realize. I get the service industry can be stressful & the general public can be difficult to deal with. But both of my recent visits were awful and there was zero excuse for them to be.

Poor customer service, cashier barely looked at or spoke to us. I've not had good experiences in the past at this same location, seems employees really don't want to be there?. No space inside to sit, no way to enter parking lot except through drive thru which was full of cars.

Well I thought this place had good food until I went last Saturday and got two hot dogs and a medium milkshake and it cost me almost $13, and when I got my food the hot dogs were both shriveled and dry looking like they were hot dogs from the night before. I think the worst part about it is when I got my food and paid for it they handed me the card reader and expected a tip. I'm so glad I didn't leave a tip because it was the worst hot dog I've ever had
