Place was OK. My blizzard was as expected (good), however, the place was dirty, small, and there were little kids screaming and slobbering on everything. Probably won't be back.

I genuinely think every single employee here including management need to be re-trained. I have never received a single order here that was correct and/or handled with care. This company genuinely needs to be more careful with who they hire and I strongly recommend driving an extra few mins to the rochester PA location as they are much more mindful of the work they are doing. I have had to receive a refund on every order i’ve placed here and I’m at the point where I’m done with this place. Dairy queen, they are losing you money. And this is coming from someone who’s been in the service industry for 10 years. Insane.

Tried to eat in but was disgusted by the fact that the guy making the cheeseburgers thought that it was okay to just grab a slice of cheese with his bare hands and slap it on that meat like he was cooking at home for himself. Seems to be a trend in alot of places.

Never had a bad experience here. The prepared my chicken tenders fresh. So they were real hot and I loved it
3 in a half stars for the food. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket and there wasn't any bread in it ( it comes with it ) the chicken was a little over cooked could only eat 1 and a part of another. I'm a little disappointed.

Girlfriend Lyne bought a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders combo. Keep in mind both for combos we went outside to go eat. I looked in the bag didn’t see my fries in there. They only had her fries. I went to go back and ask for another thing of fries, they gave me hell for doing so saying that the combo fries were in her basket, which obviously there was only one or a fries. In addition, the food sucked. The service was subpar. Overall experience was a 1/10

Horrible location and manager. There was hair in our burgers and chicken strips were over cooked and rock solid. Manager was beyond rude about refunding my order. If you can avoid this location please do so!

Huge shoutout to the girl working the counter at the Beaver location this past Sunday. The cake decorator wrote down the wrong description for our cake and had already left for the day. This wonderful girl stepped up and offered to try to decorate the cake for us. She did a fabulous job and saved my daughter’s cake!
