My daughter went there after seeing her ob/gyn and ate steak & ff and brought food home for family. All ate ff and my 8yr old granddaughter and son in law all got very sick. However my pregnant daughter ended up in er with toxins in her system and spent the night getting ivs and meds. STAY AWAY

Terrible. Waited over an hour and she still wouldn’t take our order. Tried to talk to one of the people, they didn’t either. I don’t want a manager I want food! By the time we got our food, it was cold and I lost my appetite. It was over 1 hour and a half when we were able to leave. But also the people beside us that got here after us, moved to the other side, and got their order taken and their food before we even got to order! Ridiculous.

I’ve been coming here for food for decades without any issue (except that time they tried to change the fries) but recently it takes a small miracle to get waited on. We spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us and ended up leaving. We were not the only ones to leave without being waited on. When we first pulled in, there were a decent amount of cars but we saw many get their food but no one was taking orders. What a shame.

My wife and two kids decided on Jerry’s tonight. Bad choice. We arrived at 5:58 and turned on our lights as we arrived to signal for service. It was not very busy at the time. The order taker then proceeded to take orders from every car pulling in except us. She finally made her way over to the truck beside us so we assumed we would be next. This was at 6:20. But we were mistaken. She then went across the lot to a car that was only there for less than five minutes. At this point I told my wife we were leaving. So we drove to Midland to try a new pizza place we have been hearing about. Big Kats Pizza. I will give them 5 stars. Moral of the story is if you don’t want our business there is plenty of other places that appreciate it.

After sitting in the parking lot for over 10 minutes a girl finally comes to take my order and says the credit card machine is down and they're working on it. After a few more minutes she comes back and says they don't know how long it will be. Have a backup plan. Thanks for taking up my lunch break. Won't be back.
The food is fresh off the grill, crispy, flaky, chicken tenders, burgers are made plain, and you add your toppings. Onion rings had crispy crunch and were great with the BBQ sauce.

Good luck trying to call in an order. 810 on Tuesday night and won't answer the phone for 20 minutes. Hello Brighton Hot dog shoppe. One ring and order done. Oh ya, Now I'm across the street in the marina parking lot. It's not busy. I checked to give the benefit of the doubt.
