We have been going to Kelly's for 12+ years for crab legs on Monday's and I'm sad to say that i don't think we will be returning unless changes are made. The atmosphere was always fun, exciting and well taken care of. But we have noticed a huge difference the last 5+ years . It is now under staffed, poor food quality and just down right disgusting for a bar/restaurant. Please bring it back to what it use to be, we miss it and want this establishment to thrive like it use to.

Good food and beer in a sandy tiki bar atmosphere on the Beaver River. Sometimes service is good sometimes not so much and sometimes you have to go inside and order a beer as you watch the waitress go everywhere but your table. They have a few decent seafood dishes. I like to kayak from New Brighton and pull up right outside and hang for a while. I've also been once at night when they had a funk band. One of my favorite spots for sure.

The crown royal was delicious and the hot blond server was excellent.
Clearly the best party spot in the area, full of characters! Went for Halloween and was not disappointed. The happy bartender was dressed in a suggestive giant hotdog costume and the DJ completely flattered my smoking hot cold blooded viking girlfriend. This is the kind of place that makes you buy a boat and risk having unexpected children, five stars! Take lots of pictures so you remember your night. New dance moves unlocked, will be back!

1st time. Loved it. The sand on outside patio was a great touch.
Although the service wasn't bad the restaurant leaves alot to be desired.We only went based on the menu we found online. Once we arrived we were told 90% of the items on the online menu are unavailable as that menu is 2 years old. Misleading to say the least. We ordered beaver county's best nachos and a complete disappointment, you're better off to have your 8 year old make you a walking taco.Condiments on the table were spoiled from sitting in the sun on the outside patio. 4 out of 6 of our parties food arrived, were basically done eating and waiting for to go boxes before our other 2 guest could recieve a simple order of chicken wings.Place might not be bad just for a drink, otherwise order food somewhere else.Only thing good about the place is all the sand on the outside patio. It gives the neighborhood feral cats somewhere to deficate after eating all the horrific food from the dumpsters that customers didn't want.Great job looking out for beaver county's feline friends!
