I feel so bad for the few employees at this particular location. This is a very busy location and they are never staffed. Whoever owns this and allows these people to work under these conditions needs a wake up call . I placed an online order for pickup tonight at 4pm for a 7pm pickup . I knew I was in trouble when I pulled up and there was a line out the door. Three poor people trying to handle all of the angry customers who had ordered online and paid, and the wait was over an hour! When I got to the register I assumed my order would be ready for pick up and she said no we are on an hour wait. I showed her on my phone that I had ordered at 4 PM for a 7 PM pick up and she just said I’m sorry it will be an hour. Luckily, they were able to refund me with my order number. Who is making money at this franchise? You cannot treat people like this and why doesn’t the ownership care that you can place an online order three hours prior and arrive at the location and nothing is ready? Never again .

Placed an online order at 615 pm for pick up at 715pm. Got there at 719pm to be told it wasn’t even in the oven yet and would be an additional 20 to 30 minutes. Went back in 30 minutes later. Still wasn’t even in the oven until 742 pm. 8 pm I was finally on my way with my pizza and bread sticks. The amount of waiting time is sickening but also when I’m standing in the waiting area watching employees complaining and not working, no wonder wait times are so bad. Very disappointed.
