Every time I go through your drive-thru. There is a particular woman who gets my order wrong nearly every time. I ordered a large Coke today and I got a medium and when I told the girl at the window I had a large Coke she said no you ordered a medium. I said no I didn't. And she handed it to me basically saying she didn't care.

So we get take out. I order a large fry and a medium fry. Look at the pictures. How in the world does an employee of McDonald’s place a large fry in the bag not even half way full!?!?
You can do better McDonald’s. A lot better! Your employees should be wanting to do better due to an intrinsic (look it up) pride in where they work and wanting to deliver a quality experience to the customer.

I received a plain quarter pounder. Nothing else on it.

Most of the time there’s long lines that take up to 5-17 minutes to get food. It’s like the people are slow. It takes 4 minutes for a single person to get their food. It should be cooked already. Not worth it. Just go to the one in

They absolutely messed up my order, i ordered iced coffee and they made hot then i told them it was supposed to be iced and they dumped it in a cup with ice and no flavor or caramel like i asked, my food was a mess and was hard to eat and it was just a bad experience.
