get new people to work there that are likeable, and not rude or irritated when people call to order food or just come in for a nice experience, but then treat customers like a burden. maybe then you wouldn't have to sell..

I used to go here a lot when I was in my twenties and now that i'm in my fifties, I don't get to go here very often, but it has always been a nice place. The food is really good.

Ordered 1/2 pound of wings..I got 4 small wings .I looked it up ..1/2 pound average 7-8 wings and they tasted old and hard. Never will order again terrible

No wonder this place is always dead!!! Bartender didn’t smile not one time, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome the minute we walked in. We come here for karaoke sometimes and always have a great time! The bartender down below is much nicer! If the owner cared about making money here! I’d have a quick conversation with your Friday night bartender!

This isn’t for the Roadside Inn but rather for their lower location - Robert’s Patio Bar. I’m a non-smoker, I know very well this is a smoking bar but you have more than just smoking customers.
I’ve have been asking politely for over a year for the bar to “vent” the building. Please open the door or prop open a window to allow some fresh transfer of air. This isn’t asking for much and it’s polite. The non-smokers aren’t asking for it to be a non-smoking bar just asking for some air ventilation. It’s not only disrespectful to your non-smoking customers but callous to not even consider your other paying customers.
At this point I’m considering taking my business elsewhere along with the group which usually accompanies me - 10-12 of us on any given night. This may or may not bother you, so be it, but I just think a little common courtesy would be more prevalent than catering to just one type of customer.
I hope you consider your other customers. Otherwise I think this place is good to go to.

Ordered 2 fish dinners with fries and coleslaw. Very disappointed. Was told it would take 20 minutes,was there 22 minutes after placing the order. The food tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. The fish had no flavor,the worst coleslaw I have ever tasted and the fries were luke warm. Will not be ordering food from there again.
We haven’t been there in a while, was very disappointed with everything, beer was warm and never asked me I needed another one, wings where over cooked and onion rings were soggy, went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there were no paper towels to dry my hands, the over all experience was very disappointing as to what it used to be
