Me and my friend went to this Starbucks before she had to go get her nails done and we thought let’s get Starbucks really quick so we go. We order it online and it was around 5 PM so nobody was really in there maybe five people Max that were already sitting down And we ordered got two drinks and two food items. There was two people working there and me and my friend were waiting for a good 30 minutes and our drinks were just sitting there so our food was getting made our Stuff finally comes out, and our drinks are perfectly fine but our food my scones only came with one scone, which normally comes with three and my friend ordered a bagel and she asked for cream cheese and toasted, and it was only toasted on one side and no cream cheese so I’m kind of disappointed about the food because my friend paid for drinks and food and the weight was a ridiculously long time😔

Got yelled at for grabbing my drink by the worker spazzing out on me.. I was grabbing my drink that was on the side of the riser.. there was no other drink there... and yelled at me to not reach over the counter when the drink was were you grab it... I wasn't behind the counter at all... the girl was rude.

My new go to is the apple crisp oat milk shaken espresso and I got it at the beaver store, I never go to beaver and I don’t think I will again. Unfortunately the espresso pulls were really bad (a lot of bits on the bottom and tastes was atrocious. The apple crisp flavoring? Non existent. Do better Beaver Starbucks. Yall be busy don’t be doing people dirty like that. There’s no consistency. So glad a 7 brew is opening up in moon. Forever will take me business there when they open

Starbucks is not an ethical corporation this place is also super slow. Too much attitude from the employees too.
Not to mention most of their coffee is mold and has mycotoxins.
I sat their for 10 minutes this morning while they had 3 barristers behind the bar and one gentleman sitting and drinking his coffee and only one other person had come in to order and was very obviously a regular as they talked very nonchalant to two of the girls. This is the second time my order has mysteriously never went through their computer accidents happen glitches happen I get it. What I dont like is the fact that I sat there very obvious confused why my order wasn’t made as it was only a drink and my app said 3-6 minutes to be made and it had been well over that. Places do get busy but this place was not its 5:30 in the morning and I see 3 people very nonchalantly talking and moving around. But to not have any other orders and me sitting there clearly confused because I did go up to double check the 2 drinks that were already put up to make sure I did not just miss it. But they all just choose to sit their and not have the smallest bit of costumer service when I went to them asking about it I didn’t even get the slightest bit of care just a half annoyed women who clearly was as annoyed by my presence who showed no care or interest that I had been sitting their for several minutes. Again if the place was busy I would have more compassion but their is no reason why one of those lady’s couldn’t have said “we don’t have any orders right now and we see you have been sitting here waiting did you order something by chance”

I was getting breakfast before the Veteran's Day Parade, and I had completed my order via mobile app. Once I walked into the Beaver location, I noticed it was decently busy as all the workers were busy making orders. The one worker, who kept bringing orders around, was so friendly! I believe I read that her name was Mia. I had read my order would take around 6 minutes and I think I waited off to the side for like 4 of those minutes and she specifically asked if I had a mobile order and asked for my name. I told her, and she said it would be right up! I think moments later, she handed it to me. She clearly enjoyed her job that morning and made sure everyone felt welcomed and seen. As the morning went on, I came back in with friends and she was still keeping up with the organization of orders in the front and talking to the customers. Keep up the good work Beaver, and I loved Mia!! And thank you for the free taste test!! It wasn't my favorite flavor, but at least I know! Above and beyond!

Ordering my drink at the register was not the problem. It happened when I forgot to ask for a small water which is free. And after seeing that nobody was waiting for their coffee I very politely asked the person closest to the counter if I could please have said water. To which he said quit loudly "sure and maybe remember to order it and then check out next time!" I was very embarrassed to say the least and won't be coming back to this location for a while.
