Starbucks is not an ethical corporation this place is also super slow. Too much attitude from the employees too.

Not to mention most of their coffee is mold and has mycotoxins.

I sat their for 10 minutes this morning while they had 3 barristers behind the bar and one gentleman sitting and drinking his coffee and only one other person had come in to order and was very obviously a regular as they talked very nonchalant to two of the girls. This is the second time my order has mysteriously never went through their computer accidents happen glitches happen I get it. What I dont like is the fact that I sat there very obvious confused why my order wasn’t made as it was only a drink and my app said 3-6 minutes to be made and it had been well over that. Places do get busy but this place was not its 5:30 in the morning and I see 3 people very nonchalantly talking and moving around. But to not have any other orders and me sitting there clearly confused because I did go up to double check the 2 drinks that were already put up to make sure I did not just miss it. But they all just choose to sit their and not have the smallest bit of costumer service when I went to them asking about it I didn’t even get the slightest bit of care just a half annoyed women who clearly was as annoyed by my presence who showed no care or interest that I had been sitting their for several minutes. Again if the place was busy I would have more compassion but their is no reason why one of those lady’s couldn’t have said “we don’t have any orders right now and we see you have been sitting here waiting did you order something by chance”

I was getting breakfast before the Veteran's Day Parade, and I had completed my order via mobile app. Once I walked into the Beaver location, I noticed it was decently busy as all the workers were busy making orders. The one worker, who kept bringing orders around, was so friendly! I believe I read that her name was Mia. I had read my order would take around 6 minutes and I think I waited off to the side for like 4 of those minutes and she specifically asked if I had a mobile order and asked for my name. I told her, and she said it would be right up! I think moments later, she handed it to me. She clearly enjoyed her job that morning and made sure everyone felt welcomed and seen. As the morning went on, I came back in with friends and she was still keeping up with the organization of orders in the front and talking to the customers. Keep up the good work Beaver, and I loved Mia!! And thank you for the free taste test!! It wasn't my favorite flavor, but at least I know! Above and beyond!

Ordering my drink at the register was not the problem. It happened when I forgot to ask for a small water which is free. And after seeing that nobody was waiting for their coffee I very politely asked the person closest to the counter if I could please have said water. To which he said quit loudly "sure and maybe remember to order it and then check out next time!" I was very embarrassed to say the least and won't be coming back to this location for a while.

My daughter was a barrista so we got a pound of free coffee. The only flavor we liked was Verona. The rest was bitrer and way overpriced. I prefer grinding my own store bought beans

Starbucks is my weakness. I spent way too much money there a year I get the same thing every time but I absolutely love the Starbucks and Monaca. They are both absolutely the best to Starbucks. The customer service is amazing. They are kind courteous and they give you exactly what you ask for

Ordered grande on the app and got a tall. I did not drink out of this before the photo the whole cup was all ice. I'm on my way to work and don't have time to argue but this is not worth $6. Go to Monaca.

This starbucks is always on the ball. For whatever reason, I would say this starbucks has better coffee/puts my drink together better than the one in Monaca. Maybe it’s because they are less busy with no drive-thru I’m not sure. Overall, great coffee!
