Nice and clean, fresh food and good service. Open for breakfast and plenty of room to have a meeting g or work from the restaurant. It’s not super busy either. I do recommend.

We realize at this time jobs are hard however if your staff has attitudes with the customer you shouldn’t be in customer service position. To treat your customers as if they are bothering you is not the way to keep your job. Unless subway can care less. Your employee threw away the sandwich instead of making it the way the customer wanted - a long time customer will no longer be there to purchase anything from you! Hanging up on customers also is unacceptable.

The service was nice but not helpful and charged me way too much also informed me that there was no meal deal idk why he felt like over charging me and I feel that it was on purpose because I questioned it and he told me Subway is expensive haha on me I guess half inch steakem and cheese a chicken wrap 5 dollar cookie a soft drink of tea medium size and a 12 inch Italian was 37dollars + change the bread could not all be eaten as well even tho it was toasted we ate right in the car after purchasing it was hard more than a inch at the end edges I agree with some toasting rough bites in that area of the bread but this was not just that it was stale on both sandwiches the wrap my daughter of ten years old was happy with it but I am not entirely sure because she was trying to to make me feel better because she was feeling guilty that I brought up that hers was the most expensive a plain wrap was 11 dollars chicken and mayo on a ? period I explained it was my idea to go there and that I should of never agreed to complete the purchase when he blatantly wanted to overcharge me the 6 inch steakem meat on stale bread w/ cheese toasted with mayo even cost more "by more than a dollar "then my 12 inch with the works ... My mind went to the cashier sorry ""sandwich artist "" should say subway con artist it's more my paranoia but I believe these high schoolers are charging over the cost and then fixing the amount and pocketing the difference and it's the fact that they are unhappy with there pay except the fact it costs so much to leave ve but that's not the case I'm sure he lives with Mommy and wants to pay for POT or he is getting away with it and doesn't see the harm due to no remorse or compassion shame that the few dollars from every customer adds up to decent amount that not the company but the people are hurting the amount of the food at subway is already larger then ot should but l to feed our kids when we are on a long car ride and wish for non greasy food choices is the shame.. if this is why he even did chose to over charge me sorry if it was pure laziness either to the training received or lack of want to ask maybe even care to hit buttons more then needed to save time and kick us out faster perhaps and i was still polite smh was just out right horrible experience and hurt my whole day not just my wallet but having my child deal with this dilemma it was also myself mad about that it took a nice time eating out instantly demolished still later the next day seeing a add or comercial driving by ECT ..brings it up keeping the discontent valas and reacuring again and again gee thanks kid at Subway!

My breakfast steak and sub was fantastic. The young lady that made the sub was extremely nice. I don’t know if the Subway there is owned St. Barnabas. But St. Barnabas, you have done an amazing job with Tusca Plaza and a great service to Brighton Twp. because the employees at the whole plaza are the some of the best employees that I ever seen anywhere. Not possible to see the food choices anymore!!!! Never coming back to this location. The kids ordered after my oldest had the youngest on his back so she could see the meats. I tried to pull up the menu on my phone, but there's no phone service here. Didn't order anything for myself, and I won't be back again. WHAT ARE YOU HIDING SUBWAY?!?!?!?

The sandwich artist with the chicken ? earrings was awesome! Sandwich was exactly what I expected from Subway.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a sub and a drink. I went for a refill and the manager on duty yelled at me for getting a refill??? She told me it doesn’t work like that and I had to leave the store. I’m upset off about that because I’m a regular customer. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re thirsty.
Service is good for the most part. The personal pizzas are where it’s at though for real.
staff uneducated, she did not understand what buy in, get one free means and overcharged me by 4$

Sorry but I have always loved your sandwiches. Never again you did away with your sweet onion dressing. Your meatball sub used to be so good, it was horrible. We will never go back.
Assistant manager is rude and messy and likes to gossip about other employees
