My girlfriend injured her shoulder working here in 8/25, her General Manager Stephen Douglas refused to fill out an incident and workers comp report and made her stay for 4 hours in excruciating pain until the store closed before she could go seek medical attention.

I called at 1150 and asked why no one was coming on the drive thru window. He said they closed at midnight. Probably the funniest thing I’ve ever heard in my entire life. Absolutely pathetic. Get new staff. Someone that can tell time
When we took the food home so many things were wrong. No cheese or spoon for the chili, smallest potato but times are bad. Only want ketchup on my Dave’s single. They added ketchup to the mayo, lettuce etc. It was a simple order. Plus. things were cold. Please listen to the orders.

The bathroom was atrocious. My daughter used it and she was so grossed out. It smelled like an outhouse and the toilets were filthy. That’s too bad.

They had no CO for the soda. They got our order wrong. It was hot inside the restaurant. I like Wendy's in general, but not this Wendy's. My husband ordered water for his drink, and they directed him to a non working machine. I got iced tea, it was warm hardly any ice in it. I ordered the baconator fries. The fries on top were soggy. The fries underneath were so dark that they must have gone through the fryer twice or more. I know it is fast food, but this was terrible.

We have not gone to Wendy’s for so many years. I just got out of the hospital and was craving a Wendy’s cheeseburger. Wow, it was so horrible, yuck! My burger wasn’t anything like I ordered. Not only was it so screwed up, all the burgers in the bag were so mushy and not edible. We had to throw the whole meal out. So expensive too, for nothing! Never again!!
