I visited on 1/14/26 at 4pm and half my chicken nuggets tasted undercooked. I'm also glad I took my mobile order and dined in instead of taking it and leaving because there was no spoon for my frosty in the bag or anywhere. Also, they didn't put napkins in the bag.

I normally have decent customer service from this location but last night I did not. I’m not sure if it was because it was at night time or what. Mo food was cold, the manager had an attitude and I’m out of 10$. I was told to contact customer service to get my money back ( made a mobile order to get two vanilla Oreo brownie frosty fusions but they didn’t have vanilla). Called the number they told me to contact the store because they couldn’t help me called the store she told me to call them tomorrow when a Gm would be there. I got someone the next day(today) via chat who put 10$ in my offers ( that expires in a month) but wouldn’t put it back on my card.

My girlfriend injured her shoulder working here in 8/25, her General Manager Stephen Douglas refused to fill out an incident and workers comp report and made her stay for 4 hours in excruciating pain until the store closed before she could go seek medical attention.
