This place is the best! Great selection of flavors, high quality ice cream, and the prices are very fair. An essential stop if visiting the area. They also make some of the best soups I've ever had during the fall and winter months, Monday through Friday.

I am not one to leave reviews, but the customer service my family and I received here was truly terrible! The two teenage girls working acted annoyed that we were there and wanted ice cream. We had questions about the different flavors and got no explanation. The girls working were rude and acted like they were doing us a huge favor by getting our ice cream. We all left feeling uneasy and annoyed. A few weeks later, my family friend was in town, and she also stopped there for ice cream. I asked her about her experience, and it sounded exactly like mine. Was the ice cream good? Yes! But why go somewhere where you're treated like that and have to pay for it? I'd GLADLY support any business that offers great customer service. Your customers are what keep you in business. Witch Flavor, I want nothing more than to see your business succeed, but you do have a customer service problem that could use some attention.

Really cute town and cute ice cream shop. Stopped here in our way back home to Ohio. Ice cream was amazing. The two girls working the counter were very friendly. My only suggestion is you need a better dairy free option. Get creative and let your lactose intolerant customers have fun with some of your awesome flavors too!

The CUTEST ice cream shop!! We are from out of state, but I took my twins here for their 6th birthday. The woman at the counter (not sure if she’s the owner or just an incredible employee) was absolutely amazing. She let the girls pick their flavor/special cone and added a candle on top! Then everyone who was inside sang happy birthday. My girls were so excited!! So special to get treated like family, even being from out of state! Also—the ice cream is phenomenal!

If you're just looking for plain old vanilla, this isn’t the place for you. But if you want ice cream that’s packed with flavor and totally unique, you HAVE to try this place! Everything we had was ridiculously good.
The Banana Pudding was so creamy and spot-on, the S’mores Milkshake tasted like a campfire treat in a cup, the Cookies & Cream was next-level, and the Peanut Pretzel Caramel was the perfect mix of sweet and salty. You can tell they put real love into making their ice cream!
