Id love to give this horrific place a zero but can't.
We arrived and went up to the counter and ordered our food (if u can call it that) we received it but the tea thay have is just peace tea from the soda machine when I asked if thay had brewed tea I was told we r not McDonald's no we don't with an adatude. The chicken tasted funny have way through the samwiche and thay forgot the cheese I asked for the onion rings were floppy and when my dad got a water (sence he can't do to much sugar) that dent refund his drank and it was more expensive than the large soda will not be returning to this BK

The worst. They can’t get an order right to save their lives. Something as simple as no lettuce and my food comes with extra lettuce.

Wanted to get some breakfast chose Burger King in Belle Vernon close to home and on the way to church. Ordered the sausage croissant meal wanted a frozen coke. Wanted it for dine in. Got it In a to go bag. Frozen drink machine wasn't ready to allow for them to serve any. The manager (I think she was) was like the machine isn't at the frozen serving point give it a few minutes. She then proceeded to grab the broom and dust pan. Sweep a few things up. Put the broom back. Never washed her hands before checking the frozen drink machine. I ask for a regular drink cup and something to offset the upcharge I paid. She proceeded to tell me the large drink cup actually cost more than the frozen coke. At which time I walked away and just filled my drink cup. So poor service and being rude to a customer has been the norm for BK for quite awhile at this location. I would have never done any of these things when working in the fast food industry. It is a terrible time in this world that kindness and good customer service is the thing of the past.

Food and service is always good here, saw a crash a few days outside of here but anyways. Great food, great service, nice employees and a great atmosphere.

I am a regular customer of Burger King, but recently I have experienced repeated problems with my orders. For the fourth time, I have ordered a large size meal, but each time I receive a medium or small sized order instead.
For example, the fries are often of poor quality—sometimes stale or insufficient in quantity. Yesterday and today, I ordered a double burger, but I received a single burger in a small size. This is very disappointing as I always place my order clearly and expect to receive exactly what I paid for.
Please look into this matter and improve the quality of your service. It is important to respect and meet customer expectations.

So I went to the drive thru around 9pm tonight. I order a whopper jr meal without cheese. I believe it was a number 4. The fries are usually awful here so I thought, I’ll get onion rings..they should be “fresh” OMG when I got my bag the onion rings felt like they were put in a microwave one side warm the other side cold. The bag was all wet like they filled the bag with frozen onion rings and put them in the microwave in that bag!!! I was like EWE why are these wet…I thought check the burger….it was cold AND it had cheese on it. Since no one was behind me I back up and honk the horn. I tell the girl the onion rings are wet and my cold burger is cold and has cheese on it. She told the team and a guy in the back said I’ll make “fresh” have it your way my butt!! So I tell the girl what happens I said no cheese, she said these head sets are junk and I can’t hear you. So I tell her look I don’t want a “do over” I want my money back. She gets the manager who is standing nearby, I explain I want my money back. She says okay then asks me for my slip. I give it to her the slip and say I paid cash. 7.41and she says okay”here you go I put that back on your card” I said what card I told you I paid cash…how are you putting something on a card…I said omg what is going on!!! What card?? She then says I assumed it was on a card.. I repeat exactly what was said and she says my bad I was just hanging you a slip and would have given you the money. I said, okay then…again it was 7:41. She then takes the slip back and gives me 7:41 and I say you guys have to try harder. If your headsets are broken or weak report it to corporate. She said it does no good. I said okay control what you can control. She laughed and said not to come back…so I say blank you them! Check the cameras for verification. She said she was a manager of that’s the case….I can see why the lot was empty!!

The gentlemen who was working the window was just a gem of a human. Great work ethic and attitude, he was so pleasant and made the process great give him a raise and take care of him, he is 100% helping your location

Spent almost $15 on 3 cheeseburgers, a fry and a milkshake. The burgers were so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. The fries were hot and seemed fairly fresh but didn't even fill up the fry box, the milkshake was good but wasn't mixed up all the way. The employee seemed to not even want to talk to us. Very disappointed.
