People are awful who work here they just show up for a paycheck they rush you out of the line and don't get your order right literally worst experience ever and my food was 100% microwaved the girl in the drive through is the worst person from attitude to style just trashy ignores you throws good out the window this company needs to fire her asap

Girl working the drive thru window constantly has a bad attitude every time I’m there. Throws your order at you, ignores you, slams the window. I work retail and never treat people like that. Idgaf how miserable you are when someone didn’t give you a reason to give that energy. But it’ll definitely be matched next time. Grow up.

My husband and I stopped today to get a quick bite to eat. When we entered the dining room was empty but clearly the drive thru and online orders were keeping the two workers very busy. After about 10-15 minutes we were greeted by Tammy at the counter. She apologized for the wait but clearly was trying to keep up with incoming customers, drive thru customers, on-line orders while filling French fries, bagging orders, running a fish sandwich to a gentleman in the drive thru. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that you clearly need additional help out front from 11 to 2. Hats off to Tammy, she was working her tail off and still remained courteous. If you would give her an additional person during the busiest hours of the day your business would not get such bad reviews for extremely long wait times. A gentlemen in the drive thru drove away because he was waiting too long in line. It also was so cold in your dining area my husband asked if the temperature cold be turned up and Tammy said I'm sorry we are not allowed to touch the thermostat. Are you trying to save money on the heating bills as well! Thanks to Tammy, she was a very sweet person who deserves a little help as well as your customers.

My Family of 4 went to Burger King on 51 for dinner tonight 10/15/25. Most of our order was wrong Andy sons Burger was so burt. My husband and I managed to deal with our Burgers being made wrong but my son couldn't even eat his burger so we did take it back to get a new one made. The new one came and it wasade wrong again but it wasnt hurt so he was hungry enough to deal with it. After we ate the kids played for 15 minutes or so and the kids asked for ice cream. So we went upto the counter and stood there for a good 15 minutes and gor ignored until I finally said to the girl with black with some hightlights curly hair. Excuse me can I place place a order and she looked at me while she was taking the drive thru orders in a minute very rude. We stood there for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, our kids are going crazy. Trying to remain calm waiting for their ice cream. Finally got another worker to come from the back to take or ice cream order. So with that being said my husband and I was very upset leaving there this evening. Some people should not deal with the public. We spent a lot of money just to feed our family and to be treated like a huge inconvenience.

Not fast food anymore its slow food. Wait in drive thru like 30 mins and when you finally get up to the mic they say its going to be a few minutes. Like might as well close up of you're that slow. Smh. This is just getting worse nowadays.

Slop shop i wish I could give this place minus stars. You need to train and watch your slop makers. Who ever made my food has no pride in their job and doesn't deserve to get paid a dollar. God forbid if the minimum wage is increased a penny. Stay away from this slop in a bag joint.
