Service is actually nonexistent, place has been half assembled forever, and they even have a nice pile of scrap in the entranceway for you to stumble over as you make your way to be ignored by the teenager behind the counter. Food is mid at best, would not recommend unless you have literally no other option.
Keep your place presentable at least? I understand renovations can take time, but you can't leave scrap in the narrow hallway, it's liability. Have your staff actually wait on people who come in, so they know what orders are waiting for pickup, and get people who come in for booze checked out quickly. Simple stuff.
My exceedingly low expectations were somehow entirely unmet once again. Yet another place in Pittsburgh kept alive by the few alcoholics that have no taste buds with absolutely horrendous service.

Took an hour and a half to deliver sat on hold over 10 minutes. Had to call it repetitively back just to get a hold of somebody when the pizza got here. It was cold. I told them to give the delivery guy change so I could leave a decent tip, but I had to give him Over a 50% tip because I had no change to give him the desired tip.

The man on the phone when I was ordering was super great! Everyone is always so nice! Their pizza never disappoints!! I tried the calzone for the first time, and i definitely will be getting again!

Service was poor. Order was lost, but still charged. They refused to help and offer any assistance. It took us way longer than expected to receive food which is normally fine, but the culmination of events is not good for customers to deal with.

Made us wait forever and couldn’t find my order at pickup. We showed up exactly when they told us to (40 minute wait), and they tried to tell us we had only placed our order 10 minutes before we arrived.
Furthermore, I placed the order but sent a friend to pick it up. When she asked about the order, they told her they couldn’t do anything for her because it wasn’t her order. When I called back to ask them about the order, they claimed no one said that.

The pizza is wonderful, it's hard to find a nice Pizza joint like this place where food doesn't taste like greasy crap. The atmosphere is amazing you should feel very welcomed when walking in there. And the staff does an amazing job of tending to your needs and getting you in and out in a quick and friendly fashion. Me and my crew will keep returning for years to come then we want pizza and beer!

For as much as I paid for a pizza I expected a lot better quality. Looks like they took a 12 cut and made a 16 cut. First time I ate there and it will be the last.

Pizza was burnt, had no menu, counter clerk said they had not had menues for at least a couple months. There were only 2 low tables and a bunch of tall tables. One of the low tables was covered in cans of beer for sale and the other was occupied. I am short and struggled to climb onto a tall chair to sit down. Could have sat at the table being used to sell beer. Luckily I live in another state and was just visiting a relative who lives in the neighborhood and won't be back to Campy's again.
