WORST DQ LOCATION EVER! Got several food items and several ice cream items and get home to find A HAIR in my ice cream. I called and asked for a refund for the type of sundae I got and they say they can remake it. So I say I’m sorry but I don’t want it remade to chance more hair being in my ice cream. The so called “manager” on duty said I cant be sure there will or won’t be hair in the other one but we don’t do refunds. IM SORRY WHAT?! What “manager” responds that way?! So I ask again there’s no way to refund me? After arguing with me, she said I’ll call the store manager and ask. Calls me back saying they’ll give me a $3 refund on a gift card mailed out. As I pulled out my receipt, I asked is that the same price as the cupfection? The “manager” says “OH SO NOW THE STORY IS CHANGING?????” I said “no the story isn’t changing. There was still a hair in my ice cream. I didn’t know the name off hand which is why I said a type of sundae.” And once I saw the name I told her. Smartly, as that’s how the entire duration of the call went, she said “NOW I HAVE TO CALL THE MANAGER BACK AND TELL HER IT WASNT A SUNDAE AND SEE IF SHE STILL WANTS TO REFUND YOU!” I state im sorry I didn’t know the name off the top of my head. So they’ll refund me $3 but not $5😂 The “manager” said I’ll see if we are able to call back tonight or not.” The “manager” Calls back and says “I talked to the store manager again and she said since the story changed she’s not refunding you anymore and to call the owner and he’s not refunding you either.” I said “the story never changed so you’re not refunding me for a hair in my ice cream that you guys provided?!” The “manager” said “nope! We’re not doing anything for you.” I said that’s absolutely terrible customer service and a poorly ran business and I will be blasting them about this and the “manager” said “that’s fine we don’t care!” WHAT A FREAKIN JOKE DQ AND THEIR STAFF IN NORTH BELLE VERNON IS! SERVING HAIR IN THEIR FOOD AND DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. And their so called manager I spoke to?! VERRRRRRRY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMMATURE. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER PENNY IF THAT WAS THE LAST PLACE I HAD TO GO.

Good service, stopped for ice cream. It was delicious.

A great location! Our family stopped for ice cream after my son’s soccer game. The service is always fast and the food is always yummy! The interior is cozy and welcoming. Service is nice! Will return!

I want to thank the owner of the North Belle Vernon Dairy Queen for finding my wallet that I dropped in the parking lot. I stopped in on 12/16/2025 to get one of their tasty burgers (BEST FAST FOOD BURGERS AROUND, HIGHLY RECOMMEND) to go. I tucked my wallet under my arm so as to carry out my order. Well, I must have dropped it getting into my car and didn’t realize it. About two hours later a North Belle Vernon police officer came to my door and asked if I was missing something. He then held up my wallet! Can you imagine how shocked I was?! The officer told me the owner turned it in. Again, THANK YOU TO THE DAIRY QUEEN OWNER AND THANK YOU TO THE VERY NICE NORTH BELLE VERNON POLICE OFFICER!

My DQ the one I almost always go too. The drive thru is normally very efficient.

My mom is 88 years old and has arthritis.She does well accept carrying heavy items. She ask the worker to help her take a large ice cream cake from the bottom of the freezer to the counter and the worker would not help. Also the worker would not help take it to her car right outside the door.

I was excessively overdressed when I went to this riggity roo ahh restaurant, and the entire staff stared at me. I didn't order anything, but I had already been on the phone with a staff member there, and she ameliorated my experience greatly. She explicitly explained menu items to me and made the environment better in every way. Because of her, my experience was greatly improved, and even though I didn't order anything, I was satisfied with my visit.

If you order online, you have to go in to get your order. WILL NOT GIVE IT TO YOU THROUGH DRIVE THRU NO MATTER HOW SLOW OR BUSY THEY ARE! If I wanted to go in, I wouldn't have ordered online!! They claim that they can't have the drive thru lane backing up?? Well, online orders are placed ahead of time, and all orders should be made according to the time placed. Can't say how many times there has been more chattering than working in this place, especially during the times when the younger employees are there. How about that issue gets fixed so everything else can run more efficiently!!

Stopped by Dairy Queen today and got the chicken strip basket — so good! The strips were cooked perfectly, and the fries and toast were a nice touch. Of course, I had to grab an Oreo Blizzard too, and it never disappoints. The staff was super friendly and quick, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a go-to spot when you're craving something tasty!
