As travelers from Connecticut, we were impressed with Dawg’s and there was nothing to complain about. We were looking for a sports bar so we could watch the UConn game as they were playing in the Big East finals. Our waitresses were very friendly and attentive when we asked for things. My chicken tortilla soup came out pretty quick. Overall, the food was very good. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, and didn’t expect it to be as spicy as it was but it was very good. No complaints.
The food is good the service sucks I have walked out several times because the servers will not come out from behind the wall to seat or serve anyone I walked out twice this week alone because I sat at the bar for 10 minutes without a server even popping their head out of the back to see if any customers are in there
Unexpectedly amazing food!I usually read thru reviews before trying a new place but I was driving and my wife was searching along our route home.When waking in this Sunday evening with the whole family we were a little anxious to see the bar full but the restaurant side completely empty and a sign saying they were looking to hire more cooks... That anxiety quickly changed when we had fantastic, quick and delightful service!The menu is large and has options for nearly every type...
