We ordered dinner this evening for my 50th Birthday. I wanted a chicken ceaser salad. My hubs ordered online; 2 orders of mild wings, the salad and a pizza. The store called to inform us; no chicken ceaser salad. So we asked the order be cancelled- we’d order else where. The manager Sri Sia not only LIED and said our order was already out for delivery (it was literally 3 minutes after ordering online. He refused to cancel the order. When it did arrive the chicken wings were cooked thoroughly and still pink inside. The pizza was burnt and looked like they shook it up before sending it out and the Darden salad they sent was warm and limp. I called and told them about the issues. The manager was extremely rude, yelled at me, talked over me and when I said I was going to call the health department his response was “I don’t care go ahead.”..and his solution was “send the food back” and “I don’t have time to deal with you”. No refund, nothing really editable and $50 gone.
Thanks for a real great birthday there dominos. I am posting this review to FB, TT, Insta AND I am calling corporate office tomorrow along with the Westmoreland Co health department. My husband already has health issues. If he gets salmonella from the wings, there WILL BE. A lawsuit.

Recently ordered from here, after multiple times ordering before and it being wrong, but we called back with proof that they messed up. They gave us the run around, pretended not to speak or understand basic English, and hung up on us before simply resolving the issue. Save your money, order from somewhere local, horrible experience and even worse customer service/managment.

I live 10 min from the store, it took the driver about 45 min from when he left the shop to deliver. The app constantly updated the delivery time, unacceptable.

Check your boxes before you leave. Ordered online pizza and cinnamon twist. I was given a tub of icing for the twists. Ate the pizza then went to open the box of cinnamon twist for dessert and was surprised I was given garlic bread. No dessert. Why would I think I needed to check the box before I left Domino's

The first time to buy it in the last 8 years. Knew what it was like in the past, nasty sauce then. Pizza is Delicious ? scrumptious Will buy again.
Food is always good, there pan pizza is definitely my favorite. Never had any issues and there drivers are always nice.

This new manager is one of the best, he took care of a bad pizza and terrible service from a prior manager.The pizza he made or had made, was excellent, one of the best.

We ordered pizza online to the appWe had anchovies when I got to the store my pizza is still in the (prep stages) so I went into the store because I had carside. I went in and the guy said we've been very busy I waited about 3 minutes and I said could you make my pizza now since I'm waiting here then he comes back and says oh we have no anchovies to put on your pizza we tried to call you which was a lie because I did not get a call I have a call screening on my phone and it would appeared on my phone if anybody calls so then he started they didn't have any anchovies by using the app I'd already paid for the pizza in full which included the anchovies. we end up putting green peppers on it but my mother loves anchovies and she was disappointed in the pizza and so was I. I was disappointed in the service of the manager lying to me saying he tried to call me when he didn't. I have not gone back to this Domino's sense however I did order another pizza from the Monongahela store and it was with anchovies and wonderful

This place is operated so poorly.the manger is useless..ordered food ..waited over and hour ..still no delivery..called the store only to be told they would give me a free pizza which I definitely don't want from them..told them to refund my money and all the girl kept repeating was we will give you a free pizza on your next order..there will be no next order..this place is terrible.
