Domino's Belle Vernon PA Ordered a veggie pizza, veggies had a undesirable flavor, pizza was not good. Reached out to the store and expressed my dissatisfaction. Expecting that they would make it right by replacement or refund. I was told this is what I ordered and they would not accommodate any request of replacement or refund. $23.00 pizza went to garbage. I've been ordering from this Dominos' Pizza since it opened for the first time. The pizza is always nice, hot, fresh, with the best quality ingredients, and delievered or served with a smile. The only problem is the online experience cause everything else is perfect. The free pizza is always the cheapest but why can't i pick what pizza gets the discount? Its my pizza so why isn't it my choice? So because of this my mom is getting the free pizza but mine arent but im the one paying. Im the customer but its not my choice so your saying its your money im just barrowing it. Cool so no tip then right? Yea cause thats an equalizer. But remember you nailed everything else. Seriously this is literally the only thing that needs fixed.

I ordered 3 pizzas, wings, and mac and cheese once the food arrived. I noticed I was missing mac and cheese so I called the store the manager said “Let me see if it's in my carrier bag and I'll call you back” Then he hung up on me few minutes pass a worker came to my front door with the nasty attitude. She didn't say sorry about the mistake she was on her phone during the whole exchange like it was my fault wasted her time I won't order from them again.

An embarrassment to the human race honestly after what I witnessed picking up my food that was already made but I still had to stand there 20 minutes for them to hand it to me because only one guy in the store of 6 workers seems to know how to do anything.
Never want to go to this location again. A grade schooler would be more efficient at completing orders and not letting the line get 10 people long after I was the only one in the store when I got there lmao.
I watched them open every box (about 10) about 20 times trying to figure out what went with what.
I cannot believe what I witnessed.
EDIT: Everyone is either wearing no gloves or one glove. Touching everything around the place and letting your food rub up against random things in the store. Just gross

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My order was marked as delivered when it wasn’t. When I called the store, they hung up on me. Then the driver called me and was very rude when asking the delivery location despite me making sure I put in the delivery instructions that it will delivered to a business. (Huge sign, bright lights, can’t be missed) By the time it was delivered, it was over 20 minutes late and cold Even though the delivery location was only a few mins away from the pizza shop. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the driver was upset with ME and made rude remarks when leaving. Whatever.. I got the food, BUT THEN when I opened the box containing 8 wings, they were SO tiny.. I also ordered a pasta bowl, it looked great and tasted great… for the first two bites until I noticed two very long hairs.. Didn’t taste so good coming back up. This was my first time ordering from this location and Dominos in General and after this is just might be my last.
had an order delivered and was standing at my door waiting for the driver and she blared her horn for about 5 minutes instead of getting out and giving me my order, once she got out of her car it took another 5 minutes for her to actually give me my order

Never had an issue with this location and I’ve been ordering from here for years. If something is messed up (which is very rare), they correct the issue in a timely manner and bring the food immediately. Delivery drivers are always kind and courteous.
