Had a mobile order today, waited for 40 minutes for them to make my coffee. My coffee slip was set on the counter and they kept making every other drink but mine. When I did get my coffee and got to eat my food, my sandwich didn’t have any cheese and it was cold by now. Worst Dunkin around!

Absolutely loved how the staff took their time to make my mobile order. Idk who the person was but she was so sweet and let me have a free donut for waiting so long, definitely deserves a raise. Everything was made just right. Sandwich was served nice and hot. I definitely recommend this Dunkin’ location to anyone.

No issues. Nothing you wouldn't expect from a busy place. Drive through is always busy and inside usually is too. So they must be doing something right ✅️
Parking: They share the parking lot with another business and a gas station. I have been there plenty and never had a serious issue. Just have to compromise

I waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes for somebody to take my order, nobody answered so I pulled around to the window and there was this little girl at the drive thru window behind the counter waving to me and walked back to where they cook the food and I didn't see a single worker there.

I usually love DD but this location is lacking in customer service skills. They seriously didn't give my iced coffee any creamer or vanilla flavor, like I ordered, then when I went inside to get it replaced they just added milk. Get Bent Dunkin. I'm finished with your shenanigans.
