Got a sausage egg and cheese. They forgot the second egg, the sausage patty was cold as was the cheese on top. Ive been to dozens of Dunkin’ Donuts and gotten a sausage egg and cheese and not once has the cheese been straight from the fridge or cooler.

I stop in the early mornings. Always nice to hear a kind voice in the drive-through at 4:55 A.M. is a nice way to start my day. The only thing is the drive around is tight when you drive a truck.

Stopped and got two coffees, I must say it was like drinking battlefield coffee but my friend and I could not drink them. Very bad.

I really don’t understand why they’re almost always out of donuts. Then to defrost them it takes an hour plus which is what the staff told an older gentleman this morning. My munchkins were not glazed, they tasted exactly like she said, soggy and thawed. Also took 12 minutes for omelet bites with 1 person ahead of me in line. The only good thing is the staff is nice but goodness, get it together.
Lousy at best. The staff are a chaotic mess. The cashier was at the register was in training with absolutely no support. At 9:33 am, their selection of doughnuts was abysmal. We ordered 2 identical coffees. One was completely wrong.
We did not receive the doughnuts requested in our half dozen. When we asked to have our order corrected, the manager (whom refused to give her name) told us it is what it is and basically told us to leave. I will not be returning to this location and will be leaving a formal complaint with corporate.

Went through the drive through, my total was $12 so I gave the girl a $20. She never gave me change. I didn’t realize she never gave me the change until I got home. So I called and told them what happened, the girl I spoke to said she would have her manager call me and to never received a call back or my money. Will not go there again!

Had a mobile order today, waited for 40 minutes for them to make my coffee. My coffee slip was set on the counter and they kept making every other drink but mine. When I did get my coffee and got to eat my food, my sandwich didn’t have any cheese and it was cold by now. Worst Dunkin around!
