Lately there are a few certain that have been rude and lazy when going here. The older lady who works drive thru should maybe consider helping her coworkers make drinks instead of screaming and demanding the other workers to make all the drinks. We came there and they weren't super busy but there were only a total of three people working and instead of her helping she demanded them to stop making others drinks to get her drinks made that she needed. I've been going here for YEARS and never seen anyone treat the others like she did today. Maybe hire nicer people. But the younger kid who made our coffees, you did an amazing job!

I was at Dunkin and I got a slushy and they only filled it up to the middle and I would like to get my moneys worth back because why are we filling my drink up only halfway that’s a rip off in the order was already $10 for an order of hashbrowns and a slushy get a grip

Second time I went in the last 2 months and waited over 20 mins for 2 iced drinks. Screwed up a donut order and forgot to add espresso to a latte. Both times forgot the actual coffee. The 2 workers complained the entire time myself and 1 other customer was in there how hard there job is. Milk was left out on counters for God knows how long. Such a waste of money since they cant even make drinks correctly. Will never go there again.

i stop here almost everyday and the staff are incredible. they are so down to earth and happy , unlike other places. the food is amazing and I just felt that this place deserves to be recognized. I wanna give Jamie alone a shout out.

Got a sausage egg and cheese. They forgot the second egg, the sausage patty was cold as was the cheese on top. Ive been to dozens of Dunkin’ Donuts and gotten a sausage egg and cheese and not once has the cheese been straight from the fridge or cooler.
The service was super nice, but my boyfriend got a wake-up wrap with a piece of paper in it.
