Drive through is just that. Quick service. Always pleasant people is my experience. Usually get the carmel iced coffee. Always great. Sweet enough but not too sweet.

I had ordered a bacon avocado toast through the mobile app. After I picked it up and went to work, I opened up the small box and it had just avocado on the toast.I called the Dunkin and told them about it. The manager credited me the bacon avocado toast for the next time I came it.I really appreciate the manager doing that for me.

They got one star because they had one employee making coffee and taking orders by herself. While they had four people running drive thru. The two managers (I’m guessing they were managers) were more concerned on changing the trash bags behind the counter instead of catering to the 4-5 people who were standing in line. I felt bad for the one employee that was working the counter busting her butt to get the orders done. All the managers did was yell, “she will be right with you” and proceeded to yell “Where is (employees name)” instead of hopping on register to help her. Shame shame, garbage cans are more important than your customers. One star is for that great employee, the blank ones are for the joke of a store.UPDATE 1/15/24Returned here with my 7 and 8 year old. Proceeded to the counter and the guy working there didn’t say a word and grabbed a box and stood there. Asked if he was ready for us and he shook his head yes. So as we were ordering our dozen donuts, we lost count. Asked if we had two left and he stated “you can’t count”. We then asked to speak with a manager and he yells in the restaurant “this girl wants to see a manager because she can’t count”. Then he proceeded to keep bashing us to his co-workers. Completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and embarrassing. This person shouldn’t be working in a customer service setting.

The service was okay all the ladies are nice, however i ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and it had bacon on it. While sone may see this as a plus. I DO NOT under any circumstances eat pork! I was too far to take it back as i got it on my commute to work.

We usually go to this location at least once per week, and depending on the time can be very busy. We have had a mix of good and not so good experiences but to me overall is better than have had at many other locations. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and seem to do their best to make it a quality experience for their customers. Overall would recommend.

I very much appreciate my interactions with staff at this store. All of them are friendly but one girl in particular stands out. I believe her name is Mercedes, and she's the sweetest thing! Always pleasant and friendly no matter how rude some customers are to these poor guys and gals. You guys always brighten my day!

Stop couple times per week usually drive through & once week in store. Drinks are exceptional to not even remotely what was ordered. Food & drink should not depend on who waits on you. On 6/27 black coffee given for two caramel macciattos- no caramel, sugar or milk product. Both iced coffees were hazelnut not flavor ordered. Were labled correctly. French crullers were doughy inside. Was told they just heat & ice. Thinking someone cut the heat step & just iced. Gross. 8/3 manager on duty at 10 AM was unprofessional, rude & should not be working in any job that requires customer interaction. If I was not a frequent customer today would be my last at establishment. She really was that abrasive, loud, rude & extremely unprofessional in every possible way. Her manner was not any better with those working there either.
