We order weekly and yet when I called them they forgot parts of our order I was told “there’s nothing we can do about that” by the lady on the phone.
Very dissapointed in the lack of appreciation for all the money we spend here and lack of caring that they charged us for things we didn’t receive.

Less than 3 miles from my house and outside the delivery area..... There are actually 3 stores within 5 miles and none of them will deliver to my house...

Ordered 2 Strombolis with Pepperoni, Sausage&mushrooms and it was undercooked, very doughy and Not Hot. Neither was wrapped in foil. Spoke with the manager and she said they were told they didn't have to wrap them and they were sent thru the oven. Did not apologize, did not offer a refund, even after I told her I was not happy and I did not want them! Horrible customer service! I order the exact same thing from the Roscoe location almost every Friday and they are always exceptional (which I also told the manager). I will never order from this location again!
The delivery driver also told me that there was no delivery fee on the charge so I tipped him another $5. After putting on my glasses (58 yrs old), the $4 delivery fee was included on the receipt.

Great pizza it’s a little pricey but it’s really good you get your money’s worth get the Big Daddy pizza great for parties or for yourself for a couple days

If I could give you guys Half a star I would I place my order at 645 I didn't get into 8 o'clock. Food was cold. Driver forgot my drinks. I paid thirty over thirty dollars for this order i'm Unhappy about all this. I'll call the store and they tell me. Oh sorry, no, fix it, make it right. Make sure the food comes out hot and things aren't missing from the order

I live in Belle Vernon/Rostraver and I always choose the broad Ave location. Service and delivery are always good. Drivers have even taken my mom her food to the living room when I'm late! (she doesn't walk) Definitely my fav!!

My very first time ordering anything from this Foxes and my last time! I ordered a Big daddy pepperoni/half cheese and regular breadsticks! $34.99 ☹️WAY overpriced and was told they will never do 1/2 cheese pizza again. 😞Wow (My grandson hates cheese) I know he’s a weirdo lol Rostraver Foxes is the Best around!! I will drive all the way there anytime!

We ordered yesterday evening 8/19 the food was delivered fast the driver bill or William I think that’s his name was a sweetheart but the pizza was absolutely amazing wish I ordered a bigger one , great job guy’s excellent customer service
